Do you collect in the center as well as in the province?
We collect and redeliver at any address in the province of Florence, from the city's neighborhoods to Fiesole, Scandicci or Empoli. Further afield we ship on a quote.
My situation isn't among those listed: can I still use you?
Yes: the service is the same for any reason. The pages are there to answer the usual doubts, but the quote doesn't change with the situation. If in doubt, write to us.
What if I don't know how long it will last?
You don't need to: you pay month by month and ask for the redelivery only when you're ready.
Do I have to carry everything down from the apartment myself?
No, we load, stairs included. State the floor and the elevator when you book, because they count toward the loading time; any extra time you see as an estimate and settle on the actual time.

Can I see the warehouse before choosing?
It can't be visited: with doorstep pickup it stays closed to the public. It has video surveillance, an alarm and controlled access, and it's indoors and dry.

In which situations do you need storage in Florence?
When something you have at home can't stay there for now, but throwing it away isn't an option. The route, the same for every situation
1. You book
You give the square meters, the date and the address. Floor and elevator must be stated right away: in historic buildings they weigh, and the quote includes them before payment.
2. We stop by
The operator loads furniture, boxes and bulky pieces, stairs or no stairs. At the pickup there's whoever you've delegated, or you.
3. We keep it safe
The warehouse is closed and dry, with controlled access, and the rate runs month by month. Not knowing how long it will last is no obstacle.
4. We bring it back
All of it or part, with at least 48 hours' notice; even to an address different from the starting one, within the area served.

Computers, e-bikes and electric scooters, if intact and switched off, with the battery in good state.
Doesn't come in
Out of bounds: cash, jewelry, original documents, medicines, food and liquids, plants, animals, motor vehicles, hazardous materials. A doubt about a piece? Write to us first.
How much does it cost, in Florence?
What's happening to you doesn't change the price. The rate is monthly and depends on the space you take up; the pickup is paid once, at the start, and the redelivery when you book it. If you commit to more months the discount concerns the pickup, not the rate. You see the items in the quote, with the Florence price list, before confirming.
