Leave a review
It takes a minute, and it genuinely helps: we are a young service, and the people weighing us up read what you write. Pick whichever is easier for you — both count the same to us.
Choose where to write it
Two places, same review. Neither one asks for a Smoves account.
Google
This is the one people see when they search Smoves on Google and Maps, so it reaches whoever is discovering us right now. You need a Google account — the one you use for Gmail.
Trustpilot
The independent platform where reviews of services like ours get collected. It asks for a Trustpilot account, which takes a moment to create — even with Google.
Tell it how it went, even if something did not work: we read everything and we reply. For an issue that is still open, get in touch.
Got more stuff to put away?
Get a quote online in 2 minutes. We collect from your home and bring things back when you ask.
Move the pickup date by writing to us: the first time with no penalty, and you pay only if the new day costs more
