We bring everything back whenever you want: same address or a new one, in Milan just as in Bergamo. You book it from your account and pay for it then.
Every box and every piece of furniture gets a label with its own code: from your account you see what you have in storage. The warehouse is monitored and access-controlled.

A booked pickup can't be canceled, but the date can be moved: write to us at least 48 hours ahead. The first time there is no penalty, from the second you pay 30% of the pickup. If the new day costs more you pay the difference, and you see it before confirming.
If you pack yourself, add boxes, tape and bubble wrap while you book: we suggest a kit for your size, you change it, and we bring it to your door before the pickup, for €29 VAT included. If you don't have time to pack, we do it on pickup day, with our own materials: you pay for the working time, and we estimate it up front. If you already have everything ready, you pay just the rate and the pickup.

When your things reach the warehouse we measure the space they actually take up: if they take up less than you picked the rate goes down, if more it goes up, and we write to you within two working days. If you later need more or less space, message us and we'll look at it together.
When a promo is active you see it in the quote while you book. If you have a discount code, you enter it at the last step, before payment.
