Maximum dimensions
40×30×30 cmThe three sides are interchangeable: orient the box however you like. But no side may exceed 40×30×30 cm, otherwise the item moves up to the next tier. Max weight: 20 kg per item.

160 cm (H+W+D)H+W+D = Height + Width + Depth: the sum of the item's three dimensions must not exceed 160 cm (e.g. 80×40×40 cm). Max weight: 20 kg per item.
We recommend this size only for large suitcases or items that don't fit in the Plus.Otherwise it's better to combine Standard and Plus: more volume at a lower price and easier to pack and carry.

Doorstep pickup
We come to collect your boxes on the day and time slot you pick. We take care of everything.
2 months of storage included
Storage in Milan, dry and protected. The base price covers 2 months; beyond that, a small monthly rate per size.
Delivery to your new address
We bring your boxes back when you return: same address or a new one within the Milan area.
Real-time tracking
Every box is labelled and tracked with a unique code you follow in real time from your account, and kept in an indoor, access-controlled facility.
Chat and email support
Our team handles questions and last-minute changes up to the day before pickup.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup
Plans change? Cancel at no cost up to 7 days before the pickup date and get a full refund.
Packaging kit — optional
If you don't have boxes or you need materials (tape, bubble wrap), we deliver the kit before pickup for a surcharge per box. It's fully optional: if you already have everything at home, you only pay the base rate.
