Questions about long-term storage
How long can I leave my things?
As long as you like. The storage is open-ended: it renews by itself every month and ends when you ask for full redelivery.
Can I go to the warehouse to pick something up?
No, the warehouse can't be visited. If you need an item, write to us what you want back and we bring it with a partial redelivery, which you book and pay for then. The rest stays in storage.
Is it worth committing to more months?
If you already know you'll stay a while, yes: committing up to 36 months gets you a discount on the pickup. The monthly fee stays the same. If you close before the term you give back the discount you enjoyed.
How do I cancel?
Ask for full redelivery from your account area, at any time and with no cancellation fee. If the request arrives at least 5 working days before the renewal date, the following month isn't charged.

Will my things stay in good condition for years?
The warehouse is indoor, dry and access-controlled, with video surveillance and an alarm. A lot depends on how things go in: clean, dry appliances, boxes closed properly and no heavier than 20 kg.
If I move abroad, can you ship my things to me?
Yes. Stored goods are shipped within Italy and abroad, on a quote. Within the area we serve, we bring them to the address you choose ourselves.

For people who leave their things for a long time
When you don't know the end date, and you don't need to visit your things every week. With a unit and a key you pay for the convenience of getting in whenever you want: if you'll hardly ever go, that convenience is just a cost. With us your things stay put, and only move when you ask.
Moving abroad
You're leaving for one to three years and don't know if you'll come back. Your things stay in Milan, and if you decide to stay away we ship them, on a quote.
A family home to clear
An inheritance, or a parent moving house: empty the apartment without deciding today what to keep, and talk it over calmly.
The cellar you don't have
Skis, suitcases, seasonal clothes, the furniture that won't fit the new place. Whatever you almost never use, out of the house.
A plan without a date
A home to buy, building work that keeps slipping, moving in together on trial. When you know the date, you tell us.
How long-term storage works
Book online by choosing the size and the pickup date, and the quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you pay. After that the storage runs by itself, month after month, until you ask for redelivery. No renewals to sign, no deadlines to remember.
1. Book online
Choose how many square meters you need and the pickup date. If you already know you'll stay a while you can commit to more months, and the discount goes on the pickup.
2. We pick up from home
We come to your home on the chosen date. At pickup, you or someone you've delegated needs to be there.
3. We store with no end date
The monthly fee is charged to your saved card. The warehouse is closed, dry and access-controlled, and it can't be visited.
4. We bring things back when you want
Everything at once, or just part of it: write to us what you need and we bring it to the address you give us. The rest stays with us.
What you can leave for months or years
The longer the storage, the more it matters how things go in: clean, dry and well packed on day one, they stay that way.

Excluded: cash and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, plants, signed works of art, damaged or tampered batteries, hazardous materials. If in doubt, write to us before booking.

What staying long costs
You pay the monthly fee for the square meters you use, for as long as your things stay with us: no yearly contract to renew. The pickup is paid once, at the start, and if you commit to more months the discount goes there. Redelivery, full or partial, you book when you need it and pay for then. The quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you book.
