Can I go in and get my things, like in a cellar?
No, the warehouse can't be visited. When you need something, write to us what you want back and we bring it with a partial redelivery, which you book and pay for then.
How long can I keep things in storage?
As long as you like. The storage is open-ended: it renews every month and ends when you ask for full redelivery, with no cancellation fee.
How much space do I need instead of a cellar?
It depends on what you put away, not on the size of the cellar you were looking at. The space calculator tells you item by item, and it starts from 1 m².
Can I store wine?
No. Food, drink and liquids aren't allowed, wine bottles included.

When storage beats a cellar
When there's a lot to put away and few visits. You pick a cellar to get in with a key; if you'll go down twice a year, you're paying for the door more than for the space. And first you have to find it, view it, sign, and carry everything there yourself.
Furniture that won't fit at home
The sideboard from the old apartment, the spare sofa, the bed of the student who'll be back. Big items that go down cellar stairs with difficulty.
Things you use once a year
Skis, suitcases, seasonal clothes, Christmas decorations. You ask for them back when you need them; the rest of the year they stay with us.
No car, no van
A cellar you fill yourself. With us, we do the loading, outside your door.
You don't know for how long
The storage stays open until you cancel: no yearly deadline to renew or give notice on in time.
How it works, instead of a cellar
Book online by choosing the size and the pickup date, and the quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you pay. Then there's nothing to remember: the storage runs month after month until you ask to have your things back.

2. We pick up from home
We come to your home on the chosen date. At pickup, you or someone you've delegated needs to be there.
3. We keep it in our warehouse
Indoor, dry, access-controlled, with video surveillance and an alarm. The warehouse can't be visited.
4. We bring it back when you want
All of it or just part: write to us what you need and we bring it to the address you give us.

Not allowed
Some things that often end up in a cellar can't come to us: food and drink (wine bottles included), liquids, paint and flammable materials, plants. Also excluded: cash and valuables, original documents, signed works of art, damaged or tampered batteries. If in doubt, write to us before booking.
