What's included in the service?
Everything you need: door-to-door pickup, secure storage in Milan and delivery on your return — all included in the price. You pay online via Stripe and the quote is locked at booking. If you don't have boxes, you can add packing materials: we'll deliver them before pickup.

Do I need to be there at pickup?
No. Our operator comes to your place on the agreed day — just leave your boxes accessible at the entrance or with the concierge. No waiting around, no schedule changes.
