    We agree on a day and a time slot, including outside opening hours. No van to find, no staff pulled off their work.

    Indoor, access-controlled warehouse in Milan. Every parcel is labelled with a unique code and registered in the system, not piled up loose.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. The business service is invoiced with a VAT number and payment follows the terms agreed in the quote. Every collection and redelivery is documented.

Is there a minimum volume or a minimum term?

No. It starts at a few parcels and scales to tens of cubic metres. There's no lock-in: the space adjusts month by month, so you never pay for capacity you don't use.

How much does business storage cost?

It depends on volume, type of material and how often you expect to access the storage during the year. That's why business pricing is quoted rather than listed: tell us the case and we'll come back with a written figure, no strings attached.

How quickly can I get a specific parcel back?

Every parcel gets a unique code registered at collection, so we don't have to empty the storage to find it. We agree the redelivery of a single parcel with the notice stated in your quote.

How are confidential documents kept?

In an indoor, dry, access-controlled warehouse in Milan, with every movement tracked. If the documents contain third-party personal data, we agree the data processing arrangement required by the GDPR together with the quote, before collection.

Do you also dismantle and transport furniture?

Collection and transport are ours. For dismantling and reassembling bulky furniture we work with partner moving crews: we quote it together with the storage, so you get one contact and one quote.

Is the material insured?

The applicable cover and limits are set out in our Terms and Conditions and referenced in the quote. For high-value material we agree how to handle it before collection.
