The answers you need
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, to the company's VAT number. Payment is usually by card: the pickup and the first month are charged five working days before the pickup, or straight away if the pickup is sooner, then the rate every month. If you'd rather pay by bank transfer, we put it in the quote. Every collection and every redelivery stays on record.
Is there a minimum volume or a minimum term?
No. It starts at one square meter and goes up to thirty, and you pay the rate month by month, with no fixed term and no annual contract. You choose the size when you book, with the space calculator; when the material reaches the warehouse we measure it, and if it takes up more or less than you booked, the rate follows. If your needs change, message us and we'll look at it together.
How much does business storage cost?
Same as for everyone: a fixed monthly rate for the size you take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge. Redeliveries are paid when you ask for them. You see the rate and the pickup in the quote before confirming. For large volumes or special requirements, write to us: we reply with a written quote.
How quickly can I get a specific parcel back?
Every parcel gets a unique code registered at collection, so we don't have to empty the storage to find it. A single parcel can be redelivered with at least 48 hours' notice.

How are confidential documents kept?
In an indoor, dry, access-controlled warehouse, with every movement tracked. If the documents contain third-party personal data, we agree the data processing arrangement required by the GDPR together with the quote, before collection.
Do you also dismantle and transport furniture?
Yes. Collection and transport are always ours. Dismantling and reassembly we do on quote: tell us which pieces need taking apart when you ask for the price.
Is the material insured?
The monthly rate includes the insurance at the base limit. If the material is worth more, you raise the limit for an extra monthly amount, shown in the quote. It applies to the storage period; during carriage the carrier's statutory liability applies instead. For high-value material we agree how to handle it before collection.

Off-season collections, returns, stock that gets in the way of day-to-day work. Pick the square meters for your peak volumes, and we bring the goods back when you need them.

Changing premises, merging two offices, going remote. We store desks, chairs and cabinets through the dead time between the old office and the new one.

How it works, from quote to redelivery
1. Tell us what you need to put away
An email or a phone call: volumes, type of material, how often you'll need things back. We email you the quote, with the PDF and a link to confirm it. It's valid for seven days.
2. We collect, when it suits you
We agree on a day and a time slot. At pickup we need someone from the company, or a person you've delegated, to let us in and show us what to load. We bring the van.
3. We store parcel by parcel
Indoor, access-controlled warehouse. Every parcel is labeled with a unique code and registered in the system.
4. We redeliver on request
Everything, or just the parcels you need. Scheduled redelivery to the address you give us, without closing the account.
