How it works

    Tell us how many square metres of material you need to store and the pickup date. The quote is exact before you pay.

  2. 2. We collect at your office

    We come to the address you give us within the municipality of Milan — office, site or warehouse — with a unique code for every item.

  3. 3. We keep it safe

    It stays in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility for as long as you need between one event and the next.

  4. 4. We deliver when you need it

    Request the delivery date from your account: we bring back your material ready for the next setup.

Not allowed

Battery-powered items, money and valuables, food and liquids, hazardous or flammable materials. For prototypes or unique display pieces, message us before pickup and we'll agree how to handle them.

How much it costs

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres your material takes up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure, with invoice, is in your quote before you confirm.

Trade show storage FAQ

Do you collect the stand right after the fair?

We operate within the municipality of Milan: we collect from any address inside it, including your office. Outside those boundaries — Fiera Milano Rho, for instance — we don't cover pickup yet: email us at info@smoves.it and we'll let you know as soon as we do.

Can I get the material back in time for the next trade show?

Yes, request or update the delivery date from your account up to a few days before: your material comes back ready for the next setup, at the address you give us within the municipality of Milan.

How are stands and displays labelled and tracked?

Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, so you always know what's in storage.

Can I cancel if the fair is postponed or cancelled?

Yes, you can cancel for free with a full refund up to a few days before the pickup date: the details are in your quote.

Do I get an invoice for the service?

Yes. Every business booking includes an invoice, with a single point of contact for the whole file.
