“Excellent service. Whenever I had doubts or questions, they responded very quickly, within a day or two max. The redelivery service is as quick and convenient as it possibly can be, made my life as a student very easy.”

Trade show storage: frequently asked questions

Which cities do you collect stands and displays in?

We operate in Milan and its province (with the Lombard provinces served from the Milan hub) and in Florence and its surroundings. For a fair in another city, even abroad, we ship the stand on a quote, even if it was never with us.

Do you collect the stand directly from the hall?

We reach the address, but the loading window inside the hall is set by the fair organiser, not by us. Write to us first with your event's rules and we'll see if we fit. Otherwise the stand goes back to your company and we collect it from there.

Can you redeliver for the set-up date?

Yes. You book the redelivery as soon as you have the date, picking it among the ones available in the form. They are already guaranteed: no confirmation to wait for. Our advice is to aim for the day before set-up, not the same day.

What happens if the fair changes date?

The redelivery date moves, as long as you tell us at least 48 hours ahead. A new day that costs more brings the price difference with it. An event postponement is absorbed this way, and the material never leaves the warehouse.

More questions

Can I get back just half of the build?

Yes. Tell us which pieces you need: we bring those, and the rest waits in the warehouse on the same terms. Handy for a small event with a single module.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes, to a VAT number. You have one contact for the whole job, and you reach us on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Service and local details

When does it make sense to store a stand?

When the gap between two events is longer than the time it takes to set up. A dismantled build fills the meeting room, the corridor or a corner of the warehouse you need for other things. In storage it stays packed, numbered and still, and comes back to you on the days you pick.

  • Few fairs, many quiet months

If you exhibit three times a year, the stand sits idle for nine months. Those months weigh more than the event.

  • Bulky structures in the office

Modular walls, counters and totems don't fit in the elevator and nobody moves them alone.

  • A build you don't want scratched

You pack it once after take-down and see it again on set-up day. Fewer moves, fewer scratches.

  • A set-up date written in stone

The fair calendar is not negotiable. You pick the redelivery among the available dates in the form, already guaranteed.

How does trade show storage work?

You estimate the space and pick the pickup day. We arrive where you took the stand down, every item gets its label and is logged. For the next fair you request the redelivery from your account or write to us, telling us 48 hours ahead.

  1. 1. Tell us how much space it takes

The calculator turns the build into square meters; you pick the date. The two cost lines, rate and pickup, are shown before you pay.

  2. 2. We collect after take-down

At your office, a warehouse or another address in the city. We check every item, give it a number and log it in the system.

  3. 3. We keep it still

It stays indoors, dry and access-controlled, until you need it again. From your account you see what is there.

  4. 4. We bring it back before set-up

You decide the date and the address it arrives at. A day of margin before set-up spares you a pointless worry.

What trade show material can we store?

Modular structures, walls, counters, totems, display cases, roll-ups and printed graphics, packed after take-down. Bulky items go onto the van without a box. For a prototype or a piece that can't be remade, write to us before pickup.

Allowed

  • Dismantled structures and walls

Modules, crossbars, panels and fair counters, even in different formats.

  • Totems, display cases and supports

Exhibitors and stand furniture, with their bases and feet.

  • Graphics and roll-ups

Printed panels, signs and banners. Fragile pieces need solid packing and a note when we come.

  • Stand electronics

Monitors, demo tablets and lights: yes, if intact and switched off, with the battery in good condition.

Not allowed

Not accepted: cash and valuables, medicines, food and drinks, hazardous or flammable substances, tampered or poorly kept batteries. Got a prototype? Write to us before we come. The insurance applies while the stand is with us, up to the limit you choose.

How much does stand storage cost?

The monthly rate measures the space of the build, from one to thirty square meters, and the pickup is settled once at the start. No term is imposed: six months of pause between two fairs are six monthly rates. Each redelivery is paid at the time of the request. Amounts and available days are in your city's price list and in the calculator.
