Where do you collect office furniture?
The premises we collect from today are in the Milan area, Lombard provinces included, and in the Florence one. If yours is elsewhere, write to us and we'll tell you what we can do.
Do you dismantle the desks?
If needed, yes, on quote. Otherwise we load the furniture as you leave it. Dismantling and reassembly are extra services, and they aren't included in the rate.
Can I get back only part of the furniture?
Yes. Just list the pieces you want two days ahead: we bring back only those. Everything else stays in the warehouse and the contract doesn't change.
How long can I keep the furniture in storage?
As long as you like. The minimum is one month, then the rate continues until you ask for redelivery. There is no yearly contract.

Do I get an invoice?
Yes: we invoice businesses to a VAT number, and for the whole job you have one person to write to.

When does it pay to take furniture out of the premises?
When a piece of furniture isn't needed today but will be tomorrow. Keeping it in the office means paying commercial rent for it; in a warehouse you pay only for the square meters it takes up.
Building work on site
The furniture leaves before the work and returns once it's cleaned up, instead of ending up in the corridor.
Two offices that don't overlap
Between leaving the old one and entering the new one there is a gap: the months of rate you need cover it.
The team also works from home
The extra workstations aren't used every day any more, but they shouldn't be thrown away.
A postponed opening
A new office starts three months late and the furniture waits with us.
How does furniture storage work?
You state the space and the date: in the quote you see at once what you pay in rate and pickup, before paying anything. Our crew arrives on site, loads what you've set aside and takes it to the warehouse. To get it back you ask for redelivery, even of just a part.

You say how much furniture you have and when it should be collected. Access, floor and goods elevator go in the notes.
2. We collect on site
We load desks, cabinets and chairs. Every box gets its own code and is logged in the system.
3. We keep it
The boxes stay in a covered, dry place where entry is controlled.
4. We bring it back where needed
You decide when and where to bring them back, even to the new premises. 48 hours' notice is enough.
Which office furniture can you put in storage?
Everything that makes up a workplace: workstations, storage units, shared furniture and electronic equipment in good condition.

Desks and seating
Single or double workstations, task chairs and armchairs, whole or dismantled.
Cabinets and drawer units
Even with non-hazardous material inside.
Shared furniture
Meeting tables, reception sofas and lamps: bulky items needn't be packed.
Electronics
Laptops, monitors and UPS units: switch them off and check the battery is intact.
Not allowed
Cash and valuables, original documents, medicines, food and liquids, flammable or hazardous products, swollen or damaged batteries stay out. In doubt about an item? Write to us before we come.
Dismantling and reassembly: who does what?
Dismantling and reassembling furniture are extra services on quote. Loading, transport and storage, on the other hand, are always ours.

A box weighs 20 kg at most. Bulky items have no such limit.
How much does office furniture storage cost?
Paying for stored furniture means paying for space: a monthly rate fixed per size, based on the square meters desks and cabinets take up. The pickup is a single upfront cost, redelivery is paid when you request it. No imposed term. The price list changes with the city: you find it on the Milan card or the Florence one, or in the calculator.
