In which cities do you offer temporary storage?
We work in two areas: Milan, with the Lombard provinces its warehouse reaches, and Florence, with its province. For another city write to us, and we'll let you know when we open.
What is the minimum length of temporary storage?
One month. The rate is monthly, so even three weeks are billed as a full month. From the second month on you extend as long as you like, with no yearly contract.
Can I get my things back earlier than planned?
Yes. You tell us from your account or by email at least two days ahead, and we bring everything back to the address you give. Once your things are back with you, the rate stops.
Can my furniture stay with you for just a few months?
Yes, it is the most common case. We take furniture whole or dismantled, with pickup at your home. You choose the size with the calculator and pay the rate month by month.

We do. A team collects at the address you give, on the date you chose, and loads everything. You don't have to drive or hire a van.

Who needs temporary storage?
Anyone with two dates already fixed and an uncovered stretch in between. A few weeks or a few months in which your things have to be somewhere else: a yearly contract for a unit makes no sense here.
Between the sale and the move
You leave the old home before the new one is ready, and the furniture waits with us.
During work on your home
The rooms are emptied for the builders and the furniture comes back when the site is done.
Leaving for months
A job abroad or a semester away: the home is cleared and your things stay safe.
A company changing address
Desks and archives leave the old office and go into the new one when it is ready.
How temporary storage works
You pick the city, the size and the pickup day: the amounts, rate and pickup, appear in the quote before you pay. After that it is always the same: we collect, we keep, you ask for redelivery when you need it. The dates in the form are guaranteed.
1. You work out the space
You say what has to be put away and the calculator suggests a size, from 1 m² up.
2. We collect where you are
A team comes to the address you give, on the date you chose, and loads everything.
3. We keep it in the warehouse
Your things stay under cover, in a dry warehouse with controlled entry.
4. We bring it back at the right time
When the period ends you write to us, and we return to the address you choose, even a different one.
What you can leave in storage for a short period
Allowed
Furniture, whole or dismantled
Beds, sofas, wardrobes, tables and bookcases: temporary furniture storage is the most common case.
Boxes
Clothes, books, dishes and anything you pack, up to 20 kg per box.
Appliances
Unplugged, emptied, clean and dry.
Bicycles and battery-powered devices
If the battery is intact and the device is switched off.
Not allowed
Cash and valuables, original personal documents, food and liquids, medicines, hazardous materials, damaged batteries, fine art and motor vehicles stay out. In doubt about an item? Write to us before we come to collect.

The rate for your size depends on the city: you find it on the Milan page or on the Florence one.
How much temporary storage costs
You pay for space, not for objects: a monthly rate based on the square meters you take up. At the start a one-off pickup is added; redelivery is paid when you book it. No yearly contract, and anyone who commits for longer gets the discount on the pickup. Figures depend on the city: you find them in the price lists of the two cities, and the calculator shows them before you book.
