Smoves was born from that experience: the service we wish we’d found when we were in your shoes.

Our story
A problem we lived.A solution we built together.
Every year thousands of students have to clear out their room and deal with expensive moves, complicated shipping, or asking family and friends for favours.
I went through all of it myself. And that’s exactly where the idea for Smoves came from: to genuinely make life easier for students living away from home.
When it was time to turn the idea into a company ready to truly launch in Milan, Giulia joined the project as a partner. Her contribution was decisive in the move from vision to operations: organization, attention to detail and a concrete presence in the moments when Smoves had to become real.
Today Giulia is an integral part of Smoves and its growth: a key presence in building a service that is reliable, human and shaped around the way students actually live the city.
