Student storage in Milan, with door-to-door pickup

Yes. Our facility is indoor, dry and access-controlled, and each box is checked at pickup, labeled with a unique code and logged in our system. If you notice an issue on return, report it right away: we handle it according to the Terms and Conditions.

Clothes, books, personal items, kitchen accessories, shoes and sports gear: anything that fits in a standard box. Still forbidden: cash and valuables, jewelry, original personal documents (passport, ID card, driving license, wills, original degree certificates — document archives are allowed instead), damaged, swollen or tampered batteries, fine art and valuable collectibles, medicines, food and drinks, liquids, flammable or hazardous materials, weapons, plants and animals, motor vehicles, and anything dirty, wet or illegal. Allowed instead, under conditions: fragile items if well packed and flagged at pickup, appliances if unplugged, emptied and clean, and battery-powered devices — from a laptop to an electric scooter — if in good condition, switched off and with an intact battery. If in doubt, message us before pickup.

You pick the size when you book, but the real space is what counts: when the boxes reach the warehouse we measure them and, if they take up less or more than you chose, the rate adjusts and we tell you. If you want to add things once storage has started, message us in chat and we'll look at it together. If you only want some of your things back, tell us what with at least 48 hours' notice: the rest stays in the warehouse.

At pickup someone needs to let us in and hand over the boxes: if it isn't you, delegate someone, for example a roommate, a friend or the doorman. Every box gets a label with a unique code.

Smoves instead picks your things up at home, you pay a monthly rate for the square meters you take up and you don't sign annual contracts. A student usually needs one or two square meters.

You can book as early as the next day, but the nearest days and weekends carry a surcharge, which you see in the calendar before confirming. In June and July it's worth booking earlier, because days fill up. You book the September redelivery from your account when you need it, with at least 48 hours' notice.
