Do you pick up bulky furniture like sofas or wardrobes?

Yes. Bulky items don't need a box: we collect them as they are, disassembled or whole.

How long does storage last?

You choose the pickup date and the delivery date. The rate covers the entire period, whether it's a month or a year, and you can extend it from your account.

Do I need to be there for the pickup?

No. You can delegate someone or leave instructions: we handle the pickup in the time slot you choose.

Where do you keep my furniture? Is it safe?

In an indoor facility in Milan, dry and access-controlled. Every item is labelled and tracked from your account.

Can I get some furniture back and leave the rest in storage?
