    Choose how many square metres you need and the pickup date, before the site opens. The quote is exact before you pay.

  2. 2. We collect at your door

    We come to your place in Milan to load your furniture before work starts, including bulky items.

  3. 3. We keep it safe for the whole renovation

    It stays in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility until the work is done.

  4. 4. We deliver it back once the site is done

    You choose the date: we return to the address you give us, within the municipality of Milan.

What you can store

  • Furniture

    Sofas, wardrobes, beds, tables and bookcases, disassembled to clear the room if needed.

  • Mains-powered appliances

    Washing machine, fridge, hair straightener or dryer, kept away from the site's dust as long as they're mains-powered.

  • Boxes with your belongings

    Books, clothes, dishes: anything you pack into a box.

Not allowed

You can't store battery-powered items, money and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, or fragile or hazardous items. Message us before pickup if you're unsure about something.

How much it costs

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres you take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure is in your quote, before you book.

What if the work takes longer than planned?

The rate covers the whole period you need: you can extend the storage duration from your account any time, with nothing to reschedule.

Can I get some things back before the site is finished?

Yes, you can request a partial delivery from your account: we bring back what you ask for and keep the rest in storage.

What can't I put in storage?

The same rules as every storage apply: no batteries, cash or valuables, original documents, food and liquids, or fragile or hazardous items. With the flat as a building site, remember that flammable paints and solvents count as hazardous materials we don't collect.

How do I pay?

You pay online a fixed monthly rate for the square metres you take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate.

Do I need to pack the furniture before pickup?

Bulky items are collected as they are, no box needed. For smaller items you'll need boxes: if you don't have any, you can request them when you book.
