Where do you offer storage during a move?
In the Milan area, nearby Lombard provinces included, and in the Florence one. Further down, in «Where we do it», you'll find your city's page. Beyond these limits shipping is on a quote.
If the new home isn't ready, can I keep the furniture longer?
Yes. The rate is paid month by month with no minimum. You carry on as long as needed, then ask for redelivery from your account.
Can you take the furniture to an address different from the pickup?
Yes, to any address you give us within the area we serve. If the new home is far away, in Italy or abroad, the furniture is shipped on a quote.
Do you also do the move, besides the storage?
Yes, in the provinces we serve and on a free quote. We carry it out ourselves, with our own crew, dismantling and reassembly of furniture included. Tell us the floor, stairs and elevator of both homes.

Yes, it's called a partial redelivery. Tell us what you want back two days ahead: what you don't mention stays with us, on the same terms.

When do you need storage during a move?
When the dates of the two homes don't match. The old lease ends at month's end, the deed or the new keys come later, and in between the furniture has no place. We collect it, hold it for that interval, and bring it to the new home on the day you pick.
The keys don't line up
You hand back the old ones on the 30th and collect the new ones mid-month: two weeks in which your furniture has no address.
The move happens in two legs
First what you need at once, then the rest. What waits for the second trip doesn't clutter the new living room.
The new home needs work
Floors to redo or a kitchen to fit: the furniture goes in once the work is done, not among open walls.
You change city for an uncertain stretch
A fixed-term contract or a trial at work: you bring the bare minimum and the rest stays with us, with no deadline to meet.
How does storage between two homes work?
Start from the city, give the floor area and set the pickup date at the old home. We load and hold the furniture until the new one is ready. When you can receive it, book the redelivery two days ahead at least and give the new address.
1. Set the date at the old home
You fix the pickup on the last useful day before handing back the keys. The date picked in the calendar is confirmed at once.
2. We load everything
Furniture, unplugged appliances and boxes from every room, each one labeled before it leaves.
3. They wait indoors
The rate is monthly: if the new home runs late, storage carries on without you redoing anything.
4. We bring them to the new home
Address and day are yours to decide. If a bed and a table are enough for the first evening, we bring back only those: the rest stays in storage.
What can you leave in storage during a move?
Nearly everything you would load onto a van from a home: furniture, appliances, boxes of books, clothes and crockery. Cash, original documents, drinks, food, medicines and the other items banned by the Terms stay out.

Books, clothes and crockery in boxes of no more than 20 kg, sealed and marked with the contents.

Cash and jewelry, passports and original documents, food, liquids, medicines, damaged batteries, hazardous substances, fine art. If you doubt an item, message us before the pickup.

What does storage during a move cost?
The price changes from city to city, because pickup and redelivery depend on the area. The rule is the same: a monthly rate for the square meters you take, the pickup paid once, the redelivery when you ask for it. If you commit to more months, the discount goes on the pickup and not on the rate. The local price list is on the Milan and Florence pages.
