  • Mains-powered appliances

    Washing machine, fridge, hair straightener or dryer, as long as they run without a battery.

  • Boxes with your belongings

    Books, clothes, dishes: anything you pack into a box.

Not allowed

Battery-powered items, money and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, and fragile or hazardous items are not included. If in doubt, ask us before booking the pickup.

How much it costs

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres you take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure is in your quote, before you book.

Can I extend storage if the new home is delayed?

Yes. The rate covers the period you choose, and you can extend it from your account until you're ready for delivery.

Can you deliver to a different address than the pickup?

Yes, we deliver to whichever address you give us within the municipality of Milan, even if it's different from where we collected.

What can't I store during a move?

The same rules as every Smoves storage: no battery-powered items, cash or valuables, original documents, food and liquids, or fragile or hazardous items. If you have a doubtful item, ask us before booking the pickup.
