Do you assemble brand-new furniture?
No. We disassemble and reassemble only furniture that we transport or store ourselves, as part of a pickup, move, or storage.
Do you reassemble furniture on arrival?
Yes, when the arrival address is in Milan or one of the provinces around it, including redelivery after storage. For a destination further away it depends on the case: write it in the request.
Who disassembles the furniture?
Our own crew, for common furniture and for the trickier pieces alike. We're always your point of contact.
Is disassembly included in the storage price?
No. It's not included in the monthly rate: it's added on the quote, and you see it before confirming.

Why we don't assemble brand-new furniture
Our work is to move and store things: disassembly helps us get them out through a door and into a van. To assemble new furniture that doesn't move from your home, there are craftspeople who do it for a living, and they do it better.

The classic: a wardrobe wider than the door
A wardrobe assembled in a bedroom is almost always larger than the door it came through in pieces. No one remembers how it happened, but it happens in every home. The instructions, meanwhile, ended up in the recycling years ago: they're not needed, we know where to look.
If furniture goes into storage
Disassembled, it takes up less space, and in per-square-meter storage that space is what you pay for. We pick them up, store them, and when you want them back, we bring them and reassemble them.
