How does the service work?

Smoves picks up your boxes, stores them in a secure facility and delivers them back whenever you want. You book online, we handle the rest.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on box size and storage duration. Available sizes: S, M, L and XL. Base price, monthly rate and packaging cost vary by size. The first 2 months of storage are included in the base price. You can get an accurate quote on the booking page.

Can I modify my booking?

Before payment you can freely edit from your dashboard. After payment you can request a delivery postponement (up to 10 days before) or update the delivery address.

When will my boxes be picked up?

You choose available pickup and delivery dates in the booking form. All displayed dates are guaranteed. The pickup is confirmed automatically when payment is completed.

How does delivery work?

Delivery takes place in Milan on the agreed date. If you're not sure about the date, you can provide an approximate one and request a postponement up to 10 days before. The address must be in the Milan area.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate in the municipality of Milan. To check if your address is covered, enter it on the booking page — we'll let you know immediately if we serve your area.

How do I prepare my boxes?

Use sturdy boxes and seal them well with strong tape. Avoid overloading: the maximum weight per box is 20 kg. Wrap fragile items with protective material. Don't have boxes? We can provide them on request.

What can I store?

You can store household items, clothes, books, sports equipment and more. Not accepted: food, liquids, flammable materials, high-value items (jewellery, artwork) or anything illegal.

How long can I keep items in storage?

Available durations vary by season and availability. You can check available dates and periods directly in the booking form.

How do I pay?

Payment is a one-time charge per booking, online by credit/debit card or Apple Pay. You'll receive a receipt by email.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel for free up to 7 days before the pickup date and get a full refund. After that deadline, contact us — we'll assess each case individually.
