Not allowed

Battery-powered items, money and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, and fragile or hazardous items are excluded. If in doubt, message us before you book.

How much it costs

You pay a monthly rate based on the square metres you take up, for exactly as many months as you need: no yearly contract, no fixed unit leased longer than necessary. Pickup and transport are a one-off charge at the start, and if you commit to more months the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure is in your quote, before you book.

Temporary storage FAQ

Can I keep storage for just a few weeks?

Yes. The rate is monthly and starts at 1 m², so you only pay for the time you actually need, even a few weeks.

Can I extend or shorten the storage period?

Yes, from your account: to extend, just keep paying the rate until you request delivery; to shorten it, update the date whenever you want.

Can I get some items back and leave the rest in storage?

Yes, you can request a partial delivery from your account: we bring back what you ask for and keep the rest in storage.

What can't I store?

The same rules as every storage: no battery-powered items, cash or valuables, original documents, food and liquids, or fragile or hazardous items. Message us before pickup if you're unsure about something not on this list.

How do I pay for temporary storage?

With a monthly rate based on the square metres you take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate.
