Questions about storage for short-term rentals
How long can my things stay?
As long as you like. The storage has no end date, renews every month and ends when you ask for full redelivery. If you stop renting after one year or after five, nothing changes.
Can I get back just part of my things?
Yes. Write to us what you need and book a partial redelivery, even to the address of another apartment. You pay when you book it, and the rest stays with us.
Do you collect if I'm not in Milan?
Someone needs to be at the pickup: you or a delegate, for example whoever looks after the apartment's keys. Apart from that, you don't need to be there.
Can I go to the warehouse to pick something up?
No, the warehouse can't be visited. If you need an item, write to us which one and we bring it where you say, while everything else stays in storage.

What can't I put in storage?
Cash and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, plants and hazardous materials. Copies of documents, clothes, books and furniture are fine, in boxes up to 20 kg.

For owners putting an apartment on short-term rent
A apartment rented to tourists has to be free of your own things: clothes, keepsakes, papers and books don't belong next to a guest who opens every closet. A locked wardrobe takes up space and doesn't hold. Here your things leave the apartment, and the apartment becomes rentable again.
Before the listing photos
A apartment with fewer objects photographs better and books sooner. You take the surplus out, and we come to collect it.
Personal belongings kept safe
Copies of documents, family keepsakes, a year's worth of clothes. They go into a closed, monitored warehouse, not into a wardrobe a guest might open.
Furniture that doesn't suit guests
The sofa you loved for ten years, the huge bookcase. They go out, and furniture built for a stream of suitcases comes in.
You don't know how many years you'll rent
One season, three years or as long as it pays: the storage has no end date, and you close it when you decide.
How storage works for a short-term rental
Choose the size and the pickup date online, and the quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you pay. From then on the storage runs by itself, month after month, until you ask for everything back.
1. Book online
Choose how many square meters you need and a date before the first check-in. If you'll be renting for years you can commit to more months: the discount goes on the pickup.
2. We pick up from home
We come to the apartment on the chosen day. At the appointment you, or someone you delegate such as whoever holds the keys, needs to be there.
3. We keep it as long as you like
The monthly fee is charged to your saved card. The warehouse is indoors, dry and access-controlled, and it can't be visited.
4. We bring back only what you ask for
All at once or one piece at a time, to the address you choose: for example when you spend a season in the apartment yourself. The rest stays with us.
What to take out of the apartment, and where it goes
Whatever you need and the guest doesn't. The tidier it goes into the box on day one, the easier it is to find later.

What keeping your apartment clear costs
You pay a fixed monthly fee for the size you choose, from 1 to 30 m², for as long as your things stay with us. The pickup is paid once, at the start, and there is no deposit. If something has to come back, you book the redelivery and pay for it then. Packing and furniture disassembly done by us are on a quote. The quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you book.
