Questions about furniture and furnished rentals
If I don't know when I'll find a home, how long can the furniture stay?
As long as you like. The storage has no end date: it runs month by month and ends when you ask for full redelivery.
Can you bring the furniture to an address other than the pickup one?
Yes, within the area we serve. When you have the new home you write us the address, book the redelivery and pay for it then. Further away, we ship on a quote.
I only need some pieces, can the rest stay?
Yes, with a partial redelivery: write what you need, book it and pay for it then. The rest stays in storage.
Can I enter the warehouse to check on the furniture?
No, the warehouse can't be visited. It is indoor, dry, access-controlled, with video surveillance and an alarm.

Is dismantling the furniture included?
No, dismantling and packing done by us are added on a quote. You can also bring the furniture already taken apart and packed.
Does it work for a company relocating an employee to Milan?
Yes. Companies get an invoice. At pickup the employee or a delegated person is there, and the redelivery follows their new address.

Service and local details
If the home you're moving into is already furnished
When you move into an apartment with the bed, the sofa and the kitchen already inside, your own furniture has nowhere to go. Selling it only to buy it again often costs more than keeping it, and leaving it in a second apartment means paying two rents. We take it from where it is now and hold it until you know where you'll live.
A temporary lease
A few months in a furnished apartment while you wait for the permanent one. Your previous furniture waits with us, and you don't have to decide today when it ends.
A work relocation
Your company moves you for a project and finds you a furnished apartment in town. Your home is emptied, and the furniture doesn't end up in a friend's cellar.
Home sold, new one not ready
You've sold and signed, but the new home isn't finished or free yet. You live in a furnished rental meanwhile, and your furniture waits out of the way.
Corporate housing or a platform rental
A company apartment, or an apartment found on Airbnb for a few months: everything is already inside except your good sofa, which somebody has to keep.
How it works, from pickup to the new home
Choose the size and the pickup date online and the quote shows the monthly fee and the pickup before you pay. After that the furniture stays with us with no deadline. When you have the keys to the new home you tell us where to bring it: you choose the address, and it needn't be the one we left from.
1. Book online
Enter the square meters you need and the pickup date. If you have a fixed-term lease, its length usually tells you how long you'll need the space.
2. We pick up where the furniture is
We come to your home on the chosen date. You or someone you've delegated is there. Dismantling and packing done by us are added on a quote.
3. We store until you have a home
The monthly fee is charged to your saved card. The warehouse is indoor, dry and access-controlled, and it can't be visited.
4. We bring it to the new address
When you have a home, write to us where to bring the furniture, even in another part of town than the pickup, as long as it's in the area we serve. If you only need some pieces, we bring only those.
What to leave with us, and what to keep
In a furnished apartment you need little: clothes, a laptop, a few books. The rest, a whole home's furniture, can wait in the warehouse without you seeing it for months.

Bed, sofa, wardrobes, bookcases, table and chairs, whole or taken apart.
Appliances
Washing machine, fridge and oven, unplugged, empty, clean and dry.
Boxes of your things
Books, dishes, off-season clothes, in properly closed boxes no heavier than 20 kg.
Pictures and lamps
Well protected with bubble wrap or cardboard. Good packing counts for more than a good warehouse.
Not allowed
Excluded: cash and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, plants, signed works of art, damaged or tampered batteries, hazardous materials. Keep your lease papers with you too. If in doubt, write to us before booking.
How long the furnished apartment lasts, how long the furniture stays
The lease has an end date, the storage doesn't: you close it when you want.

What it costs to keep furniture while you live elsewhere
You pay the monthly fee for the square meters you use, for as long as your furniture stays with us: no yearly contract to renew. The pickup is paid once, at the start. If you already know you'll be away for a long time you can commit to more months, and the discount goes on the pickup, never on the monthly fee. The real comparison isn't with zero, it's with a second rent or with buying the furniture again.
