When can I book summer storage?

The best time to book is between April and early June. Pickup slots fill quickly in the second half of June and early July. The earlier you book, the more you can choose the date you want.

When does the pickup happen?

Between early June and late July, based on your needs and our calendar availability. You indicate your preferred date in the form, we confirm within 24 hours.

When does delivery happen?

Typically between late August and late September. You choose the date in the booking form, or postpone it later by messaging us from your dashboard.

How much does summer storage cost?

The price depends on the number of boxes and the actual storage duration. The June→September package usually starts at just a few euros per box per month, with pickup and delivery included. Get the exact price in the booking form.

What if I don't return to Milan in September?

We can: 1) deliver your boxes to another Milan address (a friend who receives for you); 2) organise shipping to another Italian city; 3) extend storage for additional months. You decide — just message us in chat.

Can I add boxes during summer?

Yes. If in mid-July you realise you want to store more, just make a quick new booking. We add the boxes to your existing storage.

Do boxes withstand the summer heat?

Our warehouse is temperature-controlled, dry and ventilated. Even during the hottest weeks of July and August, your belongings stay cool. For very delicate items (computers, rare books) we still recommend careful packing.

What CAN'T I leave in summer storage?

Perishable food, liquids, plants, flammable items, valuable jewellery, identity documents. For specific doubts, message us before booking.

Is there a maximum deadline for summer storage?

Technically no — you can keep storage going past September by extending. If you want to retrieve earlier than planned, just message us in chat: we organise early delivery with 48h notice.
