We collect at your door across Romolo, Lorenteggio, the Navigli and Porta Genova, keep everything for the months you need and bring it to the address you give us on your return, even if you've moved in the meantime. If your return slips, the redelivery date moves with 48 hours' notice, and you can ask for that in English.
Yes. Storage runs month by month with no maximum length: you book the pickup before you leave and the redelivery once you know your return date, to a different address if you need.
Yes: cameras, drones and laptops can be stored if in good condition, battery intact and switched off. Tripods, lights, backdrops and accessories store without any problem.
Yes. You write to tell us what you want back, with at least 48 hours' notice, and we bring back only that; the rest stays in the warehouse under the same contract. There's no button in your account for a partial redelivery: a message is enough, in English too.
In small 40 × 30 × 30 cm boxes, half filled with the dictionaries and topped up with something light. The ceiling is 20 kg per box, because one person lifts it, and a bilingual dictionary weighs more than a novel.
If you give up the room in between, yes: you pay the monthly rate for the months your things are in the warehouse, not the rent on an empty room. We collect them before you leave and bring them back in October, to a new address too: the date and address of the redelivery can be changed up to 48 hours before.
Yes. You request it from your account or by writing to us, from wherever you are, with at least 48 hours' notice, and we set the date and address together with the request. That way you can book it for the day after your flight.
You pay a monthly rate for the square meters you take up — the scale starts at 1 m² and the rate is fixed per size — plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. Redelivery is booked when you need it and paid for then. The online quote shows you the rate and the pickup before you confirm.
For high-season pickup (June-July), at least 2-3 weeks ahead. For the rest of the year, 3-5 days is enough. A booked pickup isn't cancelled, but the date can be moved: the first move carries no penalty, with at least 48 hours' notice, and if the new day costs more you only pay the difference.

The IULM campus is a single site, Via Carlo Bo 1, near the Romolo metro stop. Its students live all over the south-west quadrant, often around the Navigli, where the streets are clear in the morning and loading is easy.
We collect from private apartments, shared rooms and student housing across the whole area. You can ask in English too: write to us and we answer in the language you wrote in. Who we are and how Smoves started has a page of its own.
Via Carlo Bo sits between the Romolo stop on the green line and the railway station of the same name. If you live along the M2, between Famagosta and Porta Genova, or in the streets running down to the Naviglio Grande, the pickup is booked as it would be anywhere else in the city: the form looks at your address, not at how far you are from campus.

Via Carlo Bo 1 is the only site. The pickup, though, starts wherever you live — anywhere between Romolo and Porta Genova.
Romolo, Lorenteggio, Navigli and Porta Genova all sit beyond the Bastioni ring, so outside Area C.

The campus sits between the green line and Romolo railway station: handy if you arrive by train from outside the city. For the pickup, though, only where you live counts.
Further south, on the same green line, is Famagosta, and just beyond it Barona: same city, same booking, no gate to cross.
In the streets between Porta Genova and the Naviglio many apartments open onto a balcony walkway. In the notes, write which staircase you go up and whether the courtyard has a second door.
You book in English: form, quote, confirmation emails, your account and support all exist in both languages. Whoever comes to collect gets the address and the instructions already filled in, so there's little to explain in person.
No. The loading stop is agreed on the time slot, and the south-west quadrant sits outside Area C. If your front door is on a narrow lane, write it in the form so we turn up with the right vehicle.
Yes, and longer: storage runs month by month, with no end date. You book the pickup before you leave, and on your return you choose the day and address of the redelivery from your account, with 48 hours' notice. If the internship gets extended you don't need to do anything: storage carries on until you ask for the redelivery.
