Which days of the week are you in Florence?
Only some, not the whole week. In the quote the calendar offers just those: if a date can be picked, we're in town that day.
Do you also cover Sesto Fiorentino, Calenzano or Campi Bisenzio?
Yes. Beyond the city we cover the whole province of Florence, including Scandicci, Bagno a Ripoli, Empoli and the villages of the Mugello. Redelivery can go to a different town from the pickup.
Our practice is in a building in the center, with narrow stairs. Is that doable?
Yes. We need the floor, whether there's an elevator and which pieces are the bulkiest. If a cabinet won't go through whole we take it apart, on a free quote, and put it back together at the new office if you ask.
Can we get the furniture back a bit at a time?
Yes. Tell us what you need and when: we bring that back, the rest stays in storage. It often happens when the new office opens first with the desks and then with the meeting room.

The new office is outside the province: how does the furniture get there?
By shipping on a quote, in Italy or abroad, Milan included: our crew brings furniture back only within the province of Florence.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
While in storage the furniture is covered by the Insurance: we compensate the proven damage up to the limit chosen, and the base limit is already in the monthly rate. While it travels in the van, instead, the carrier is liable within the legal limit, which depends on weight.
Do you invoice the company?
Yes, with a VAT number. From quote to redelivery you have a single contact person, who knows your premises.

Service and local details
When do you need storage for office furniture?
You need it for the time the furniture has no room: the old office closes before the new one opens, the office shrinks and workstations are left over, or building work arrives. In all three cases you pay only for the square meters the furniture takes up with us, month by month.
Between one office and the next
The old lease ends this month, the keys to the new one arrive three weeks later. Desks and drawer units wait with us, not in a colleague's hallway.
A smaller office than before
Ten workstations become six. The spare four don't go in the dumpster if they might be needed in a year: they stay in storage and come back when you ask.
A practice in a building in the center
Narrow stairs, sometimes no elevator, designed for someone carrying a basket rather than a two-door wardrobe. Tell us the floor and what the staircase is like: the crew plans around it.
Premises in the province
Offices and warehouses in Sesto Fiorentino, Calenzano, Campi Bisenzio or Scandicci: we collect there, and the furniture goes back wherever you say, in the same town or another.
How do you put a Florence office's furniture into storage?
You book online with the square meters and a date from the calendar, which for Florence only lights up the days our vans are working there. We load on site, every item gets a code, and you request redelivery from your account or by writing to us once the new office has its keys.
1. The quote
Square meters, the office address and the pickup day. What a month of storage costs, and what the on-site loading costs, you read before you confirm. In the notes, tell us the floor, the elevator and whether the street falls inside the ZTL.
2. The loading
The crew comes to your premises, in the city or the province, and loads the furniture. If a desk won't fit through the door we take it apart, on a free quote. Every item leaves labeled with its own code.
3. The storage
The furniture spends this time in a covered, dry facility with controlled access. You pay the rate month by month until you ask for it back.
4. The return
Request redelivery 48 hours ahead, or with more margin: all of it, or just part. We bring it to the new office, in Florence or its province; outside the province we ship it on a quote.
What office furniture can go into storage?
Everything that furnishes an office: workstations and seating, cabinets and drawer units, meeting-room tables, the waiting-area sofa, and electronics too, switched off and in good condition.

Monitors, laptops, UPS units: switched off, with intact batteries that aren't swollen.
Not allowed
We don't take cash, jewelry and other valuables, original documents, swollen or damaged batteries, flammable or hazardous substances, food, liquids and medicines. Desks and cabinets in our care are covered by the Insurance, up to the limit selected in the quote; for the journey, the carrier's liability applies, with the per-kilo limits set by the Italian Civil Code.
What to put in the quote, depending on where the office is?
In Florence the same pickup changes a lot between a street in the center and a business area in the province. This is the information we need before the agreed day, depending on where your office is.

On weekdays the cameras at the gates of A, B and O read number plates from 7.30 until 20, on Saturday from 7.30 until 16. If the office is inside, tell us the street: before setting the day we'll explain how we'll organize it.
How much does office furniture storage in Florence cost?
Florence has its own price list, separate from Milan's. You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, and the pickup with transport once, at the start. You pay for redelivery when you request it, with the cost shown clearly before you confirm. No minimum term beyond the one you choose, and the invoice made out to the company.
