“Excellent service. Whenever I had doubts or questions, they responded very quickly, within a day or two max. The redelivery service is as quick and convenient as it possibly can be, made my life as a student very easy.”

Questions about trade show storage in Florence

Do you load directly at the Fortezza da Basso?

The place is reachable, but access times to the halls are not ours to set: the exhibition body fixes them, and they change from one event to another. Send us your event's regulations before booking and we check whether they can be met. The relaxed alternative is to bring the stand back to your premises and have us collect it there.

What about the ZTL around the Fortezza?

The area is right by the ZTL, active in sectors A, B and O: Monday–Friday 7.30–20, Saturday 7.30–16. When you book, write the exact address and the street you enter from: we plan the loading before fixing the day, without promising a permit we have not checked.

Do you work in Florence all week?

No: in Florence we are around on a few set days each week. The quote calendar and the redelivery calendar show only those: with a fair on a fixed date, it pays to book as soon as you know the build-up day.

Can the stand go to an event outside Florence?

Within the Florence province we bring it back ourselves. For a fair in another city, Milan included, in Italy or abroad, we ship it on a quote.

More questions

Do you respect a date that cannot move?

Yes. Book as soon as you know the build-up date: the day you pick in the calendar is confirmed, and the material reaches your premises for that date. If your space is only free in a narrow window, say so in the notes.

Could you bring back half the stand and keep the rest?

Yes. Write to us with the items you need: we bring those while everything else stays with us. It often happens when a small event only needs a counter and two panels.

Service and local details

Who needs storage for exhibition builds in Florence?

Anyone who exhibits two or three times a year and spends the rest of it wondering where to put the stand. Pitti Immagine Uomo comes back like clockwork in January and June; the space to keep the build in between, usually, does not. Storage by the square meter costs less than a showroom room kept idle for the panels.

  • Two fixed dates at the Fortezza

If you exhibit at Pitti Immagine Uomo, you already know the stand goes out in January and June, and spends months packed away in between.

  • Rails and mannequins in the showroom

A stand clothing rail left in the office soon becomes everyone's coat rack. With us it stays what it was.

  • An event away from Florence, the stand here

For a fair outside the province, in Milan or elsewhere, material kept here leaves with shipping on a quote, without going through your premises first.

  • Graphics and pieces that must not bend

Printed panels, signs and display cases fare better packed and still than moved from one corridor to the next.

How do you arrange storage for a stand in Florence?

Choose how many square meters and when to collect in the online quote: any date you can click is one when our van is in Florence. We load at your company, label every item, and when the event gets close you request the redelivery in your account or by message, at least 48 hours ahead.

  1. 1. A quote with the Florence days

You say how much space the build takes up and pick a date from those offered. The rate plus the pickup total shows up right there, before any payment.

  2. 2. Loading at your premises

Showroom, office or warehouse, from Scandicci to Calenzano, from Campi Bisenzio to Empoli. Every item gets a code and goes into our system.

  3. 3. Storage between events

The build sits still indoors, in our warehouse, until you ask for it.

  4. 4. Redelivery with a day to spare

You book the material's return and choose where: your premises, or straight to the exhibition center. For the build-up it pays to arrive the day before, not the same morning.

Which trade show material do we take into storage?

Everything a stand is made of once it is taken down: structures, walls, counters, clothing rails, mannequins, display cases and graphics. If you have a prototype or a display piece that cannot be remade, tell us before the pickup and we handle it separately.

We take

  • Dismantled structures and walls

Modules, frames, counters and platforms, packed after the teardown at the Fortezza or elsewhere.

  • Clothing rails, mannequins and busts

The usual kit of fashion exhibitors, in mixed formats and heights too.

  • Panels, signs and roll-ups

Graphics and fittings, fragile ones included if carefully packed and declared at pickup: if your own packing fails, the damage is not covered. Bulky pieces travel without a box too.

  • Stand lights and screens

Monitors, demo tablets and rechargeable spotlights: yes, switched off and with intact batteries.

We do not take

Cash and valuables, medicines, food and liquids, hazardous or flammable substances, damaged or tampered batteries. For prototypes and one-off pieces, write to us first. The insurance covers the build while it is in storage, within the cover limit you pick.

Getting a stand to the Fortezza da Basso: who decides what

Between the warehouse and the hall there are four constraints, and only one depends on you. It is worth knowing them all before you fix the redelivery.

The Fortezza da Basso is Florence's exhibition center, a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station and right by the ZTL, whose gates read number plates.

What does storing a stand in Florence cost?

Florence has a price list of its own: the monthly charge follows the floor area your build occupies, with no minimum term, plus the initial pickup. If the stand sleeps from June to January, you pay those months and that is it. The redelivery gets charged once you book it, and the price depends on the day and the destination. Everything shows in the quote before you confirm, with an invoice made out to your company.
