Battery-powered items, money and valuables, food and liquids, hazardous or flammable materials.

How much it costs

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres your furniture takes up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure, with invoice, is in your quote before you confirm.

Do you collect furniture directly from our office?

Yes. We come to the address you give us within the municipality of Milan and load desks, cabinets and chairs as they are, assembled or disassembled.

How are the items tracked in storage?

Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, so you always know what's in storage.

Can I get part of the furniture back and leave the rest in storage?

Yes, request the items you need from your account: we bring back just those and leave the rest in storage.

Can I cancel if plans change before pickup?

Yes, you can cancel for free with a full refund up to a few days before the pickup date: the details are in your quote.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes. The business service is invoiced with VAT, with a single point of contact for the whole file.
