2. We collect at your office
We come to your place in Milan to load folders and boxes, with a unique code for every item.
3. We keep it safe
It stays in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility for as long as you need.
4. We deliver the file you request
Request the item you need from your account: we bring back just that, the rest stays in storage.

Battery-powered items, money and valuables, food and liquids, hazardous or flammable materials. For unique, irreplaceable originals, message us before pickup and we'll agree how to handle them.
How much it costs
You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres your archive takes up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure, with invoice, is in your quote before you confirm.

Do you collect folders directly from our office?
Yes. We come to the address you give us within the municipality of Milan and load folders, boxes and binders as they're packed.
Can I get one folder back and leave the rest in storage?
Yes, request the item you need from your account: we bring back just that and leave the rest of the archive in storage.
How are documents labelled and tracked?
Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, so you always know what's in storage.
Can I cancel if plans change before pickup?
Yes, you can cancel for free with a full refund up to a few days before the pickup date: the details are in your quote.
Do I get an invoice for the service?
Yes. Every business booking includes an invoice, with a single point of contact for the whole file.
