Request all the goods or just the items you need from your account: the rest stays in storage.

How much it costs
You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres your goods take up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure, with invoice, is in your quote before you confirm.

Do you collect goods directly from our premises?
Yes. We come to the address you give us within the municipality of Milan and load the goods as they're packed.
Can I get part of the goods back and leave the rest in storage?
Yes, request the items you need from your account: we bring back just those and leave the rest in storage.
How do you track goods in storage?
Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, so you always know what's in storage.
Can I cancel if plans change before pickup?
Yes, you can cancel for free with a full refund up to a few days before the pickup date: the details are in your quote.
