Goods storage: frequently asked questions
Where do you collect goods to store?
We cover the provinces served from the Milan hub, plus the Florence area. If the goods must go elsewhere, in Italy or abroad, we ship them on a quote, even without having them in storage.
Are you a logistics operator?
No. We collect the goods, keep them in the warehouse and bring them back. Picking, order fulfillment and shipments to your customers are not part of it. If you need those, look for a logistics operator.
Do you collect palletized goods?
The service is built for boxes one person can elevator, twenty kilos at most, and for bulky items we load as they are. We have no forklifts or loading docks. With goods already on pallets, write to us before booking.
Can I come and pick up the goods myself?
No. The warehouse can't be visited, and in return you never drive out to a shed. If you need to get in whenever you like, you need a space of your own.

Can I get back just some of the goods?
Yes: tell us which boxes you need. We bring those back, and the others stay stored on the same terms as before.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. Every charge has its invoice, made out to the company. You always deal with the same person; support answers on working days, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

When is storage enough, with no warehouse to take on?
When goods sit still more than they move. A rented warehouse is paid in full, even half empty, and you sign for months. Door-to-door storage is paid per square meter occupied. If you need a few meters and nobody has time to drive to a shed, the sums work.

How does goods storage work?
With the calculator you measure the space and set the pickup day. We load at the address you give, give each box a code and take it to the warehouse. When you need the goods, you request the redelivery from your account: all of it or just a part.
1. You work out the space
You give the goods a size in square meters and the date we stop by. The price of rate and pickup is clear before payment.
2. We load at your place
Store, office, workshop or garage. Every box is checked and logged under its own code.
3. We store it
It sits in a closed, dry unit with controlled access; in your account you find the inventory.
4. We bring it back
You ask for the redelivery 48 hours ahead, or earlier, giving date and address. For a part only, tell us which boxes.
What goods can we store?
Packed, non-perishable goods: stock, samples, supplies, spare parts, equipment and promotional material. Also shelving and furniture you clear out along with the goods. Food, liquids and medicines don't go in.

Consumables and tools you don't use every day. Electronics go in if intact and switched off.
Shelving and dismantled structures
Bulky items to clear out with the rest: no box required, we load them as they are.
Not allowed
Not accepted: cash and valuables, original documents, medicines, food and drinks, hazardous or flammable goods, weapons, tampered or poorly kept batteries. In doubt about your goods? Write to us before we come. The insurance covers the goods while they stay with us, within the limit you have chosen.
A rented warehouse or door-to-door storage?
It depends on how you move your goods. If you go in and out every day, a space of your own works better. If the goods sit still and the meters are few, door-to-door storage costs you less time.

Here is the limit: you don't walk into the warehouse. If you need to grab a box at seven in the evening, you need a space of your own.
How much does goods storage cost?
The monthly rate covers the square meters the goods occupy (1 to 30); the pickup is paid upfront, once. No term binds you. Commit for more months and the discount applies to the pickup, not to the rate. Each redelivery is settled when you ask for it. Amounts depend on the city: you read them in its price list or in the calculator.
