Frequently asked questions
I don't know how long I'll need storage. Is that a problem?
No. The rate carries on month by month, and your things stay with us until you request redelivery from your account.
Can I get back just part of my things?
Yes, partial redelivery exists: you ask for it by writing to us with at least 48 hours' notice. We bring back what you name and keep the rest in storage.
Do I need to be there at pickup?
At pickup, the customer or someone they've delegated needs to be there: a relative, a neighbor, whoever has the keys.
Can I visit the warehouse?
No: with the doorstep service the warehouse can't be visited. It's indoors, dry, access-controlled, with CCTV and an alarm.

Do you dismantle furniture too?
Yes, with a free quote and together with the pickup: dismantling isn't included in the rate. Packing done by us is a paid extra.

Choose how many square meters you need and the pickup date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
2. We collect at your door
We come to load furniture and boxes, including bulky items. At pickup, you or someone you've delegated needs to be there.
3. We keep it for as long as you need
Your things stay in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility, month after month.
4. We redeliver when you ask
Everything or just part of it: choose the date with 48 hours' notice and we return to the address you give us.

Washing machine, fridge, oven, if unplugged, emptied and clean.
Electronics and battery-powered devices
From a laptop to an electric scooter, if in good condition, switched off and with an intact battery.
Boxes with your belongings
Books, clothes, dishes: anything you pack into a box.
Not allowed
You can't store money and valuables, original documents, food and liquids, medicines, fine art, plants and animals, motor vehicles, damaged batteries or hazardous materials. Message us before pickup if you're unsure about something.
How much does storage cost?
The price doesn't change with the situation: you pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start. Redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you book.
