Do skis need a bag or a case?
No, we collect them as they are. If you have a ski bag, use it: they just need to be clean and dry at pickup.
Can I store an electric bike or an e-scooter?
Yes, they are battery-powered devices and are allowed if in good condition, switched off and with an intact battery. A damaged or swollen battery doesn't go in. Motorbikes and scooters, being motor vehicles, can't be stored.
Can I get my skis back in December and leave the rest?
Yes. There's no button for a partial redelivery: write to us what you want back, with at least 48 hours' notice, and the rest stays with us on the same terms.
What if the gear was just used, wet or muddy?
Nothing dirty or wet goes into the warehouse. Let skis, tent and boots dry before pickup, and wipe the mud off the bike: you'll be glad of it when the season reopens.

How do I pay?
The rate is fixed and monthly, based on the space your skis and bikes take up; the pickup is paid once at the start, redelivery when you book it. Any discount for a longer commitment applies to the pickup, never the rate.

When is sports gear better off out of the house?
When it takes up a corner of the apartment that's needed for something else most of the year. Skis sit in the cellar from April to December, the camping tent eight months out of twelve, the bike in the hallway all year. We collect, keep it indoors and bring it back before you need it.
Skis and boots, April to December
Two meters of skis in a Milan apartment aren't equipment, they're furniture. Out of the house for nine months, and back in December.
The bike with nowhere to live
In the hallway, on the landing, in the bedroom: the bike has tried every room. A small apartment has too many to manage already.
Tent, sleeping bags and camping gear
Used two or three weekends a year, and the rest of the time it takes up a whole closet.
Boards, SUPs and sea or mountain gear
Surfboards, paddleboards, snowboards: long, delicate and made for a garage that in the city isn't always there.
How it works
1. Clean and dry
Skis and bikes clean, tent open and dry: nothing dirty or wet goes into the warehouse.
2. You book the pickup
Choose the space and the date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
3. We come to collect
Skis, bikes and boards we collect as they are, no box needed. Smaller things go in boxes.
4. You get them back before your next trip
You book the redelivery from your account, with at least 48 hours' notice, even for just part of your gear.
What you can store
Allowed
Skis, snowboards and boots
With poles, helmets and goggles in a box. Skis we collect as they are, even two meters long.
Bicycles
Road, city, mountain, folding: clean and dry. An electric bike counts as a battery-powered device.
Boards and camping gear
Surfboards, SUPs, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, mats: dry, and tents opened out before they're folded.
E-scooters and battery-powered devices
Allowed under conditions: in good condition, switched off, with an intact battery.
Not allowed
You can't store motor vehicles (motorbikes, scooters), gas cylinders and stoves still loaded, damaged or swollen batteries, food and liquids, or anything dirty or wet. Unsure about a particular item? Message us before pickup.
How each piece should arrive
Seasonal gear comes back to you months later, and a ski that arrived wet is the first problem when you pick it up again. Hence the list, row by row.

How much does it cost to keep skis and bikes out of the house?
