Seasonal storage FAQ
What's the smallest size for a few boxes of coats?
It starts at 1 m², the smallest size. To check it's enough, the space calculator already includes a margin for stacking boxes.
Can I get just the coats back and leave the suitcases?
Yes, partial redelivery exists: it isn't a button in your account, you write to us what you want back, with at least 48 hours' notice, and the rest stays in storage under the same contract.
Do I need to buy boxes?
For clothes you need boxes of 20 kg at most, which you source yourself. Suitcases and bulky items we collect as they are. We can also do the packing, but it's a paid service.
What if something is still damp at pickup?
Nothing dirty or wet goes into the warehouse. Let everything dry properly before pickup: it's the easiest rule to follow, and it protects the rest of the box too.

How do I pay?
You pay online a fixed monthly rate for the space you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start; redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate.

Service and local details
When does it make sense to take seasonal clothes out of the house?
When the wardrobe no longer holds both seasons. Wardrobes in Milan are what they are, and a heavy coat or a winter comforter takes up room you don't need in July. We collect what you won't wear until the season turns, keep it safe and bring it back when you want.
The comforter you can't place in June
Even compressed, a winter comforter takes half a shelf. Out of the house, it gives you the wardrobe back for the whole summer.
Coats, jackets and heavy sweaters
When the season ends, the winter wardrobe waits with us, indoors and dry, instead of crowding out the light clothes.
Small apartment, two seasons
Studio or one-bedroom: a full wardrobe doesn't fit. Half the year you live out of half of it, and the other half can wait elsewhere.
Empty suitcases nobody knows where to put
Suitcases get used twice a year and take up room all year. Keep them with us and get them back before you travel: you book the redelivery.
How it works, from one season change to the next
1. You pack the boxes
Clean, dry clothes and textiles, folded into boxes, 20 kg maximum each. Suitcases we collect as they are.
2. You book the pickup
Choose the space you need and the date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
3. We come to collect
An operator comes to the address you give, loads the boxes and logs them one by one.
4. You bring them home when the weather turns
From your account you book the redelivery with at least 48 hours' notice, even for just part of your things.

Clothes and textiles
Coats, jackets, sweaters, comforters, blankets, sheets: as long as they're clean and dry, folded into boxes of 20 kg at most.
Suitcases and duffel bags
Empty, we collect them as they are, no box needed. Even the hard-shell one that fits nowhere.
Shoes and accessories
Boots, bags, hats, scarves: in a box, thoroughly dry.
The rest of the seasonal wardrobe
Swimwear and light clothes in winter, heavy jackets and knits in summer. What matters is that nothing is wet at pickup.
Not allowed
You can't store cash and jewelry, original documents, food and liquids, or anything dirty or wet: a garment that's still damp doesn't go into the warehouse. A fur or an evening outfit of high value: message us before pickup and we'll agree how to handle it.
What you bring, and how it should arrive
A seasonal wardrobe is made of different things, and each has its own way of reaching the warehouse. That way nobody argues with an open wardrobe at pickup.
