Can you collect from two different homes?
Yes: you book one pickup per address, each with its own date and quote, which you see before confirming.
How much space does a sofa and a few boxes need?
It depends on what you keep: the calculator tells you which size you fall into, and the range runs from 1 to 30 m². Bulky items we collect as they are, no box needed. If what's in storage takes up less than you picked, the rate goes down to the real size.
What if we decide to sell something?
You write to us what you want back, with at least 48 hours' notice, and we bring only that piece: partial redelivery exists. The rest stays in the warehouse under the same contract.
Whose name goes on the order?
One person's: they save the card, receive the charges and are our contact. The other can be named as a delegate at the pickup.

Do you take the furniture apart before carrying it off?
Yes, on a quote and together with the pickup. Assembling a piece of furniture on its own, with no pickup, isn't a service we offer.
What can't I put in storage?
Cash and valuables, jewelry, original documents, food and liquids, plants, fine art, damaged batteries and hazardous materials. Fragile items, appliances and battery-powered devices are allowed under conditions.

When do you need storage if you're moving in together?
When the new home's square meters aren't enough for everything the two of you bring. Storage holds the doubles and the pieces you don't yet agree on, without forcing you to sell or throw out. We collect, from one home or two, and you talk it over calmly.
Two sofas, one living room
One of them fits. The other isn't for the trash: it waits with us, and you decide later.
The two leases don't end on the same day
One home is left at month's end, the other later. The pickup is booked for the date each of you needs.
You want to see how it goes first
Starting out doesn't mean selling everything. Keeping things aside has a monthly cost, and you stop when it's no longer needed.
The new home is smaller than the two put together
It sounds obvious, until you look at the square meters. The missing space is found outside the home.
How it works
1. You book online
Choose the square meters and the date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay. The order has one holder, who saves the card.
2. We collect at your door
We come with our crew. If your things are in two homes, you book one pickup per address, each with its own date.
3. We keep what doesn't fit
It stays in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility, with every box labeled and logged.
4. We bring it back when needed
You want the missing chair, or everything for a bigger home: with 48 hours' notice we redeliver to the address you give us, even only in part.

With the battery in good condition and the vehicle switched off.
Not allowed
You can't store money and valuables, jewelry, original documents, food and liquids, plants, fine art or damaged batteries. If a piece leaves you in doubt, message us before pickup.

How much does keeping the doubles aside cost?
You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start. Redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The rate is charged to the card of whoever booked: how you split the cost is for the two of you. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you book.
