FAQ for when a baby is on the way
What if the baby arrives before the pickup day?
The date can be moved: the first time it's free if you tell us at least 48 hours ahead. From the second move, or with shorter notice, you pay 30% of the pickup price, and you see it before confirming. Write to us: we set the new date together.
Do I have to be there at pickup?
You or someone you've delegated must be: a relative, a friend, someone you trust. They just open the door and tell us what goes.
Can I get some things back while the rest stays in storage?
Yes, partial redelivery exists: it isn't a button in your account, you ask for it by writing to us with at least 48 hours' notice. We bring back what you name and the rest stays in storage.
Can I keep the first child's things with you for the second?
Yes: cribs, strollers and crib are accepted if clean and dry. The rate goes month by month, and your things stay with us until you request redelivery.

Is furniture disassembly included?
No, it isn't in the rate: it's done on a free quote, and only together with a pickup or storage. Bulky items that fit through the door are collected assembled.

Service and local details
When do you need storage to make room for a nursery?
When your home has one room fewer than you need. The baby arrives on a date nobody can move and the nursery has to be ready before: you need somewhere to send the desk, the sofa bed and the boxes. We collect, and whatever you'll want later comes back when you ask.
The study becomes the nursery
The desk and the bookcase have to go somewhere, and the hallway isn't somewhere.
The guest room isn't needed any more
The sofa bed that put up half your friends retires, and makes room for the crib and changing table. If it's needed again one day, we bring it back.
Time is short and the date is fixed
In the months of waiting your free days are already counted. The pickup is booked online and we do the loading.
Setting aside the first baby's things
The crib, changing table and stroller you've outgrown can wait with us for a possible second child, without filling the box room.
How it works
1. You book ahead
Choose how much space you need and the pickup date, with a few weeks' margin. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
2. We collect at your door
We load furniture and boxes, bulky items included. If a piece has to come apart, it's on a quote together with the pickup. An adult is there at pickup: you, or someone you trust whom you've delegated.
3. We keep it indoors
In a dry, access-controlled facility, month by month.
4. We bring it back when you need it
You request redelivery with 48 hours' notice, even of just part of your things.

Not allowed
You can't store money and valuables, original documents, medicines, food and liquids (formula and baby food included), damaged batteries or hazardous materials, including the paint for the nursery. Message us before pickup if you're unsure.

How much does clearing the room cost?
You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start. Redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you book.
