What if the assignment is extended?
Nothing changes: the rate carries on month by month and your things stay with us until you request redelivery.
Can you bring my furniture back to a different city?
Within the provinces we serve, yes, to any address. Further afield we ship it by free quote, within Italy and abroad.
My place in the new city is furnished: what do I take and what do I leave?
People leaving on a fixed-term contract usually take suitcases, a laptop and everyday things, and leave with us the bed, sofa, wardrobes and whatever the new place already has. If you've already left on pickup day, we need someone you've delegated: write their name when you book.
Can I pause the rate while I'm not using the storage?
No: the rate is for the square meters your things take up, for as long as they stay with us. When you take them back, you stop paying it.

Why keep your furniture in storage during a work assignment?
Because paying rent on an apartment full of furniture you aren't using, while paying for another one elsewhere, adds up. Storage costs only the space your things take up, month to month. If your contract is renewed, the furniture stays put. If it ends, we bring it back. You don't have to know today how it will go.
You learn about the renewal two weeks before expiry
Fixed-term contracts never warn you in good time. A rate that follows the months, not a fixed commitment, copes with that too.
You want to leave the apartment empty, or sublet it
With the apartment cleared you hand it back to the landlord or sublet it and nobody trips over your books.
You have no time to organize a move
Between shifts, on-call duty and a flight, hiring a van is the last thing on your mind. We come, you give us the address.
You come back, maybe to a different home
On your return, redelivery goes to the address you choose, even a different one, as long as it's in the provinces we serve.
How it works
1. You book, even at short notice
Choose the square meters and the pickup date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay, without calling anyone.
2. We collect at your door in Milan
We come to load your furniture. If you've already left, at pickup one person you delegate is enough, say a colleague or a relative.
3. We keep it for the whole assignment
Indoor, dry, access-controlled storage. The rate is charged monthly to the card you saved, and a receipt arrives by email.
4. We redeliver when it ends
You tell us once you know the date, with at least 48 hours' notice, and we set the day and address. If you stay there instead, we ship by quote.

Bed, sofa, table, desk, bookcases: assembled or dismantled, we collect them as they are.
Appliances
Fridge, washing machine, oven: unplugged, emptied and clean.
Work equipment and devices
Monitors, printers, laptops and battery tools, if in good condition, switched off and with an intact battery.
Boxes
Books, clothes, dishes, anything you pack yourself, or that we pack with the time paid separately.
Not allowed
Cash and valuables, jewelry and original documents stay with you, including your employment contract. Food, liquids, plants, medicines and hazardous materials don't go in. Got an unusual item? Message us before pickup.

How much does storage during a work assignment cost?
