FAQ for people selling or renting out a home
Can you bring the furniture back to my new home?
Yes: you choose the redelivery address, anywhere in our service area, and it's set together with the request, with at least 48 hours' notice. For an address further away, in Italy or abroad, we ship on a quote.
What if the home stays on the market longer than planned?
The rate carries on month by month, and your things stay with us until you request redelivery.
I need a piece of furniture for the photos: can I have it back?
Yes, partial redelivery exists: it isn't a button in your account, you ask for it by writing to us with at least 48 hours' notice. We bring back what you name and the rest stays in storage.
Do I need to take the furniture apart before pickup?
No, bulky items are collected as they are. If one won't fit through the door, we do the disassembly on a free quote, but only together with a pickup or storage.

When is it worth taking furniture out before selling?
When viewers need to picture themselves in your home, and right now they see yours. A living room with one and a half sofas, three bookcases and ten boxes looks smaller than it is. We collect the extra pieces before the photographer and the viewings, and keep them until the home has a new owner or a new tenant.
Rooms packed with furniture
The second sofa, the extra side table, the bookcase that cuts the living room in two: take those away and the rooms show the space they really have.
Too many personal things on show
Family photos, collections, the souvenir shelf. Viewers look at the home, not its contents: we collect the boxes.
A home to show for weeks
Viewings can run longer than planned. The rate goes month by month and, once the round is over, your things come back wherever you want.
A home going up for rent
When the tenant changes you take away what is yours and isn't needed by whoever arrives, and leave only the furniture that stays.
How it works
1. You book before the photographer
Choose how much space you need and the pickup date, a few days before photos and viewings. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
2. We collect at your door
We come to your place in Milan and load furniture and boxes. If a piece has to come apart to get out the door, disassembly is on a quote, together with the pickup.
3. We keep it safe while the home is on the market
It stays in an indoor, dry, access-controlled facility, month by month.
4. We bring it back where you live next
Once the home is sold or rented out, you choose date and address, including your new home if it's in our service area. Further away we ship on a quote.
What you can store
Allowed
Extra furniture
Sofas, armchairs, bookcases and tables, disassembled if needed. Bulky items are collected as they are, no box needed.
Personal belongings
Framed photos, ornaments, books and collections in boxes. Pictures and mirrors if well packed and flagged at pickup.
Small appliances
Coffee machine, blender, lamps, if unplugged, emptied and clean.
Clothes and linen
Full wardrobes empty into boxes, and wardrobes go back to looking like wardrobes.
Not allowed
You can't store money and jewelry, original documents, plants, food and liquids, fine art or hazardous materials. The plants that dressed up the living room stay with you. Message us before pickup if you're unsure about something.
What to take out of the rooms and what can't leave
The photographer arrives at ten and the second sofa must already be gone. This is the list of what goes into the warehouse and what doesn't, row by row, so the night before you don't find a plant with nowhere to go.

How much does storing furniture while you sell cost?
You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start. Redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you book.
