FAQ for people working from home
I only work from home two days a week: is it still worth it?
It depends on how much space you need, not on how many days you work. The rate is fixed per size and starts at 1 m²: the calculator tells you which one you need, and you can start small.
Can I drop by the warehouse to pick up a folder?
No, the facility can't be visited. You can ask for a partial redelivery by writing to us with at least 48 hours' notice: we bring back the box you name and the rest stays in storage.
If I go back to the office, do I have to keep the storage?
No: you request redelivery from your account, or by writing to us, with 48 hours' notice. The rate carries on month by month until then.
Do you take apart the desk or bookcase I'm replacing?
Yes, on a free quote, but only together with a pickup or storage: disassembly on its own isn't a service we offer. If the piece fits through the door, we collect it assembled.

Document archives, yes, in boxes. Original personal documents, such as passport and ID card, stay with you.

When do you need storage to make a study at home?
When working from home has become permanent and your desk lives on the kitchen table. A room clears by moving out what you've put in it over the years: the sofa bed, the exercise bike, the boxes never opened. We collect and store for as long as you need. If the office calls you back, your things return wherever you want.
You work from home several days a week
The kitchen table holds out for a month. Then you need somewhere your papers stay where you left them.
There's the junk room
The one whose door only shuts with a shove. Emptied, it already has a window, a socket and quiet.
You need a proper desk
A desk, a bookcase and a screen take the space of the old furniture, which leaves the house.
Work files and samples taking too much room
Document archives are allowed in storage; original personal documents aren't.
How it works
1. You decide what leaves the room
Work out the space you need with the calculator and book the pickup date. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you pay.
2. We collect at your door
We come to your place in Milan and load furniture and boxes, bulky items included. Disassembly, if needed, is on a quote together with the pickup.
3. We keep it indoors, month by month
It stays in a dry, access-controlled facility until you ask for redelivery.
4. You bring it all back when the study isn't needed
If you return to the office or move, you request redelivery with 48 hours' notice, to an address in our service area.

You can't store money and valuables, original personal documents such as passport and ID card, food and liquids, damaged batteries or hazardous materials. Message us before pickup if you're unsure about something.
What makes room in the study and what stays out of the warehouse
Before booking, the sorting goes one row at a time: what leaves the room and can come with us, and what can't.

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square meters you take up, plus a one-off pickup charge at the start. Redelivery is paid when you book it. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The quote shows the rate and the pickup before you book.
