How much it costs

You pay a fixed monthly rate based on the square metres your stock takes up, plus a one-off pickup and transport charge at the start. If you commit to more months, the discount applies to the pickup, not the rate. The exact figure, with invoice, is in your quote before you confirm.

Do you collect goods directly from our warehouse or office?

Yes. We come to the address you give us within the municipality of Milan and load boxes and stock as they're packed.

Can I get some items back and leave the rest in storage?

Yes, request the items you need from your account: we bring back just those and leave the rest of your stock in storage.

How are items labelled and tracked?

Every item is checked at pickup, labelled with a unique code and logged in our system, so you always know what's in storage.

Can I cancel if plans change before pickup?

Yes, you can cancel for free with a full refund up to a few days before the pickup date: the details are in your quote.

Do I get an invoice for the service?

Yes. Every business booking includes an invoice, with a single point of contact for the whole file.
