How many mandates you handle, what kind of clients you have, how often you have to clear a property. From there we work out which services you really need.
2. You get link, code and material
The kit arrives ready: personal link, client code, leaflets and messages to forward. You don't have to produce anything.
3. You recommend us when it fits
To the client selling, the one moving, the heir who has to empty an apartment. Give them the link, or send us the contact and we'll call.
4. You get a contact person and a written agreement
One person to talk to about your properties. The dedicated terms go in writing, with no minimum number of clients and no expiry.

Frequently asked questions about the partner program
What do I actually have to do?
Recommend us to the clients it makes sense for, using your link or your code, and use us yourself when a property needs clearing. You don't sell and you don't prepare quotes: we talk to the client.
What does my agency get?
Dedicated terms on our services, for the properties you handle: storage by the m², pickup and transport, porterage, moving and, together with a pickup or storage, dismantling and reassembly. We put them in writing in the agreement, and you have a contact person.
What do my clients get?
A dedicated discount, if they come through your link or enter your code at checkout. Otherwise they pay like anyone else: the monthly rate per m², pickup and transport once at the start, redelivery when needed.
How do you know which clients come from me?
Anyone who opens your link and then books from the same browser is recognized, even days later; the code, entered at checkout, counts the same.
Is there a minimum number of clients, or an expiry?
No, neither. You recommend us when it makes sense and use the services when you need them.
Will my clients get other marketing from you?
Only messages about their own storage. We don't run campaigns at your client base and we don't position ourselves as intermediaries: the property relationship stays yours.
What happens to clients' belongings in storage?
They are covered by insurance up to the limit the client chooses. The agency is not part of the chain of liability.
Do you dismantle furniture as well?
Yes, together with a pickup, a move or storage. Your client tells us when asking for the price, and dismantling and reassembly go into the quote.
Do you only operate in Milan?
No, the van goes beyond the city too, to the provinces of Milan, Monza and Brianza, Lodi, Pavia, Piacenza, Cremona, Como, Lecco, Bergamo, Brescia, Novara, Varese, and Florence. Other cities will follow: if your agency works elsewhere tell us anyway, and we'll let you know when we open there.
