First the home gets emptied, then the job site opens. We handle the first part.

Sofas, wardrobes, boxes: we pick them up before your crew arrives, keep them in storage for as long as the work lasts and bring them back to the finished home. Your company gets dedicated terms, and your clients get a discount with your code.

An empty home is a faster job

A full home slows down the first day of work, and every day after it. With the agreement, the furniture problem goes to people who solve it for a living.

  • Work starts on the agreed day

Your client doesn't have to find a garage for the sofa before giving you the go-ahead: they book the pickup as soon as they know the start date, and your crew finds the rooms clear.

  • Less plastic sheeting, less shifting

In an empty home you don't cover the furniture, you don't drag it from room to room at every stage and you don't answer for the scratch on grandma's wardrobe. The floor gets redone wall to wall.

  • A written agreement for the company

Storage, pickup with transport, movers and moving: when you need them yourself, for a job or for your business, you use them on the terms written into the agreement.

  • The client stays yours

We do storage and transport, not construction. We don't compete with your quote, and we don't offer your clients anything else.

When to bring it up with the client

Usually at the site visit, when you're both standing in the middle of the living room and they look at the sofa, then at you.

  • A full renovation, with floors, wiring, plumbing and plaster: there's no room left free to stack things in
  • A new bathroom or kitchen, with the living room at risk of becoming the tool shed
  • A newly bought home to fix up before moving in, while the furniture from the old place still has nowhere to go
  • Work that runs a month over

The kit for bringing us up at the site visit

It arrives ready: you use it as it is, in your quote or in your message to the client.

  • A link in your name

Put it in your quote or at the bottom of an email. If the client opens it and books later from the same browser, they still count as coming from you.

  • The client code

The client enters it at checkout: the pickup discount shows up right away, and we know who sent them.

  • Leaflets with a QR code

To leave on site or attach to the contract, for clients who'd rather read it calmly in the evening.

  • Messages already written

A few lines to forward on WhatsApp when the client asks you where to put the furniture. We prepare the storage quote.

How the agreement gets set up

  1. 1. You tell us how you work

How many jobs you open in a year, in which provinces, in what kind of homes. On that basis we write the agreement and send it to you.

  2. 2. You get the kit

Link, code, leaflets and messages arrive ready. There are no targets to hit and no expiry date.

  3. 3. You bring it up at the site visit

Give the client the link, or pass us their number with their permission: we call them, quote included.

  4. 4. Empty it, do the work, bring it back

The client books the pickup before work starts and the redelivery when the home is ready. For your own jobs, you use the services on the terms of the agreement.

And when you're the customer?

Sometimes a job calls for an internal move, a crew of movers to carry furniture down from a fourth floor, or storage for furnishings the homeowner has left in your care. In those cases your company is the customer, and the dedicated terms of the agreement apply.

Got a site visit this week?

Tell us who you are and where you work: we'll send you the agreement and the kit. No obligation to bring us clients.

Frequently asked questions about the agreement

What does my company have to do?

Tell the client they can have the home empty before the work starts, and pass them the link or the code. We handle the storage quote, and everything else.

What do I get from the agreement?

Dedicated terms on our services when you need them for a job, the ready-made kit and a contact person to write to. No minimums, no expiry.

What discount do my clients get?

A dedicated discount on the pickup, which they see at checkout. It's the same for every client who uses your code or comes through your link, and you'll find out the amount in your first call with us.

Does the furniture come back to the finished home?

Yes, whenever the client asks for it. They need to let us know two days ahead, and they pay for the redelivery when they book it. They can have everything brought back or just part of it, even to a different address in the provinces we serve.

What if the job takes longer than planned?

Storage carries on month by month until the client asks for redelivery. No end date to guess at the site visit, and no one calling you because their brother-in-law needs his garage back.

How much does the client pay?

A fixed monthly rate, calculated on the square meters of warehouse space they fill, plus the initial pickup with transport. Redelivery is paid separately, when they book it. The online quote shows them the figures before they confirm.

Do you take apart wardrobes and beds too?

Yes: furniture dismantling and reassembly can be added to the pickup, with a free quote. Bulky items are taken as they are, with no packing.

Who is liable if something gets damaged in storage?

We are, directly toward the client: the Insurance covers their belongings in storage up to the limit they choose when booking. Your company stays out of that relationship.

Which areas do you cover?

The provinces of Milan, Monza and Brianza, Lodi, Pavia, Piacenza, Cremona, Como, Lecco, Bergamo, Brescia, Novara, Varese, and Florence: that's where we pick up and redeliver. Do you open jobs elsewhere too? Write to us anyway: when we reach your city, you'll be among the first to know.
