No. Transporting and disposing of waste needs a license, and we don't do it. If a property holds things to throw away and things to keep, we take the things to keep; the rest needs an authorized firm.
We do: belongings in storage are covered by the Insurance up to the limit the client chose, and the relationship is directly with whoever signs the booking. You're not part of the liability chain for stored belongings.
Yes, and it's often the best option: we pick a time slot so the property is clear when your crew arrives. At pickup we need the client or someone they've delegated, and that can be someone from your company. The notice period goes into the agreement, so you know what you can promise the client.
