Partner programme · Cleaning companies

You walk in and the place is full. Let's get it emptied, and you earn.

End of tenancy, post-renovation, clearances: half your time goes on shifting things that aren't yours. Recommend Smoves to the client — we take them away, you clean in half the time and take a commission on every referral that closes.

Labelled Smoves parcels ready for collection from a flat waiting to be cleaned in Milan.

Why it pays off for you

We're not asking you to buy a service. We're asking you to say one more sentence to a client already standing in front of you, and we pay you for it.

You earn on a service you don't run

Nothing to buy, nothing to manage: you pass on the contact or share your link. The client pays for the storage, you collect the commission.

An empty property takes half the time

No furniture to move twice, no unreachable corners, no boxes to climb over. The same flat costs you fewer people and fewer hours.

Someone else's furniture, someone else's risk

Moving furniture isn't your trade, but if a wardrobe gets scratched the conversation lands on you. If someone else takes the things away, that risk leaves your site.

The client stays yours

We sell storage, not cleaning. We don't pitch for your work and we don't market anything else to your clients.

The jobs where it works best

If you recognise two or three of these, the partner programme makes sense for you.

  • End-of-tenancy cleaning with the previous tenant's things still inside
  • Post-renovation, with furniture piled up in one room
  • Clearing cellars and attics where not everything is rubbish
  • Homes of elderly people or inherited flats, where sentimental items must be kept
  • Offices needing a deep clean without shutting down for two days

We give you what you need to recommend us

The partner kit arrives ready: no copy to write, nothing to print, no script to memorise.

Your tracked link

A personal link for your quotes, your email signature or your messages. Anyone arriving through it stays attributed to you, even if they book days later.

A code for your clients

A dedicated code to use at checkout: for the client it's a benefit that came from you, for us it's how we recognise the referral.

Material to leave on site

Leaflets and QR codes to hand over at the survey — the moment you can both see the property is full and the client is already thinking about it.

Ready-made messages

Two lines already written, to forward on WhatsApp or by email. No script to memorise, no quote to work out.

Getting started

  1. 1

We talk for half an hour

How many jobs a month, what kind of clients, how often you find the property full. From there we put the commission in writing.

  2. 2

You get link, code and material

The kit arrives ready: tracked link, client code, leaflets and messages to forward. You don't have to produce anything.

  3. 3

You recommend us at the survey

That's the right moment: you're standing in front of the client, both looking at the problem. Give them the link, or send us the contact and we'll call.

  4. 4

    You collect the commission

On every client who books, tracked by your link or code. You know what closed and what to invoice us for.

What if you handle the whole clearance for the client?

It happens: you take everything on and present a single quote. In that case you are the customer and there's no commission, but we apply dedicated terms to partners who bring us steady work, with a single invoice to your company even across several jobs. Both arrangements live in the same agreement.

How many jobs do you take on in a month?

Tell us, along with the kind of work you do most: we'll come back with the commission and the partner kit, no strings attached.

Frequently asked questions about the partner programme

What do I actually have to do?

+
Recommend us to the client when the property is full, using your link or your code. No selling, no quoting, no managing: we talk to the client. It takes thirty seconds at the survey.

Do you handle waste removal and clearances too?

+
No, and we'd rather say so straight away: we store, we don't dispose. Transporting and disposing of waste is a separate licensed activity. If a property holds things to throw away and things to keep, we take the second — the first needs an authorised firm.

How much is the commission worth?

+
We set it in the agreement, because it depends on the volume you bring: an occasional referral and a steady flow aren't worth the same. We'd rather give you a real figure after half an hour's conversation than write a vague one on a web page.

How do I know a referral has been credited?

+
Anyone arriving via your link is attributed to you from their first visit, even if they book days later; the dedicated code does the same at checkout. We report closed referrals to you periodically, so the commission is verifiable rather than a matter of trust.

Do I have to invoice you for the commission?

+
Yes: the commission is a service you invoice to us, on the terms set out in the referral agreement. A written agreement is required — without one it isn't a cleanly invoiceable item.

Who is liable if something is damaged in storage?

+
We are, within the limits set out in our Terms and Conditions, and the relationship is directly with whoever signs the booking. You never enter the liability chain for the stored items — one of the reasons it pays to have someone else take them away.

Can you collect while our crew is on site?

+
Yes, and it's often the best option: we agree a time slot so the property is clear when your crew arrives. The notice period goes into the agreement, so you know what you can promise the client.

Do you only operate in Milan?

+
Operationally, today, yes. We're opening other cities: if you work elsewhere tell us anyway, because requests coming from cleaning companies are one of the signals we use to decide where to go first.
