The answers you need
I studied in Novoli and have to leave my room: how does it work?
Put the address and the room's dates in the quote: we set the pickup between the key handover and the last day of the lease. At the pickup it has to be you or someone you delegated, who knows which things leave.
Can I keep my things over the summer and get them back in September?
Yes: you choose the redelivery, to the address of your new room, and book it at least two days ahead. The fee follows the square meters in use during the months your things stay with us.
My building has a basement garage: what should I write?
The clearance of the passage and how the gate opens: remote, code or caretaker. With these two facts we plan the loading before we arrive.
Do you cover Le Piagge and Brozzi?
Yes, they are in the same district. The fee is the Florence price list, the pickup depends on the address and you see it in the quote. Peretola works the same way.

Can I get back just the shelf?
Yes: say what you want, two days ahead, and the rest stays with us under the same contract. There's no button for a partial redelivery, a message will do.

Basement garages, rented rooms and crowded streets: how we collect in Rifredi
Rifredi and Novoli, from the room to the garage
Rifredi is the district where people arrive and leave. Fast trains stop at Rifredi station too, Novoli has the university's social sciences campus, Careggi has the hospital and the medical faculties: students, residents and nurses who sign a twelve-month contract and find a rented room. Here you don't need a warehouse forever, you need somewhere the home you leave waits for the home you'll have.

Basement garages in Novoli: height matters
The blocks in Novoli often have a garage underneath, with a ramp and a low passage. If your things are there, write the clearance: if the vehicle can't pass, we load in the street and the last stretch goes by hand.
Rented rooms, high floors
Around the station and Careggi, many rented rooms are in older buildings with four floors of stairs. Give us your floor and who is home on those days: a flatmate can hand over the keys for you.
Le Piagge: big buildings and wide avenues
In Le Piagge the buildings are big, with several stairwells per block and often the door far from the parking. Tell us which stairwell you're going to, so nobody wanders between blocks with a wardrobe in their arms.
Statuto and Rifredi: straight streets, full of cars
Around via Vittorio Emanuele II, in the old working-class districts, the streets are straight, with cars parked on both sides. The loading spot is chosen together, depending on what's there that day.
When a contract in Rifredi ends before the next home starts
Finishing the semester in Novoli and going home for summer
The room's lease ends on 30 June and the next one starts in September. Books, monitor, bike and the kitchen shelf stay with us in between, and turn up in the next room.
Doing a residency at Careggi
You change ward, then hospital, then city: every year one fewer rented home to fill. The things you don't need in a furnished one-bedroom go into storage and come back when you have a home of your own.
Working away and coming back once a month
The move is for a long project, and the Florence home stays with its bedding and sofa. We keep part of it indoors and you leave the rest at home, without paying twice for the same space.
