We return.
When you need your belongings, book redelivery to the agreed address.
“Excellent service. Whenever I had doubts or questions, they responded very quickly, within a day or two max. The redelivery service is as quick and convenient as it possibly can be, made my life as a student very easy.”
Before you start.
A quote with every cost.
Your monthly fee depends on the space you occupy. Pickup and redelivery are charged separately: your quote shows the costs before you book.

The answers you need
My street is inside the ZTL: what should I write?
Street, house number and, if you know it, the gate you enter by. With those three we pick the day and the loading point, and tell you how the pickup is organized before you confirm.
Can you load where the van can't reach?
Yes: we stop where stopping to load is allowed and carry things by hand to the vehicle. If the stretch is long, say so in the notes: the extra time goes into the quote, and you see it before paying.
Do I need to be at home?
At the pickup it has to be you or someone you have delegated, who knows which things are leaving. A flatmate or a concierge is fine, if they have talked it over with you first.
Does the fee cost more in the center than outside it?
No. The fee follows the square meters you take up, the same in the Oltrarno as in Novoli. The pickup is what changes: it's a trip, priced on your address.
More questions
Can I get just some of my things back?
Yes. Write to say what you want, at least two days ahead, and the rest stays in storage under the same contract. There's no button for a partial redelivery in your account: a message will do.

Service and local details

Gates, lanes and grand floors: how we reach the center
The historic center, door by door
Florence's center has been a UNESCO site since 1982, and residents feel it on the stairs: Renaissance palazzi, tall piani nobili, tiny courtyards and lanes where a van stops where it can, not where it would like. The volume to carry matters less than the last stretch between your door and the vehicle, and knowing in advance which gate you enter the ZTL by. That is the part we work out with you before we set the date.
Which neighborhoods and postal codes do we cover?
Neighborhoods: Duomo, Santa Croce, Sant'Ambrogio, San Lorenzo, Santa Maria Novella, Santo Spirito, San Frediano, San Niccolò. Postal codes: your street's postal code: the quote works it out from your address.
Camera gates, six days a week
In sectors A, B and O of the ZTL the gate reads the number plate from 7.30am to 8pm on weekdays, and until 4pm on Saturday. Put your street and house number in the notes: we set the date knowing which gate we arrive by.
Oltrarno: via dei Velluti, via Toscanella and their siblings
Behind Palazzo Pitti the lanes are medieval, and a van can't turn in them. We stop where the street widens and finish the last stretch with a hand truck. Tell us which door: some sit halfway round a bend.
Stone stairs and lifts added later
A palazzo with grand floors can have four flights as tall as two ordinary ones, and an elevator carved into the stairwell: it takes a person or a wardrobe, never both. Tell us your floor and the size of the cabin.
Santa Croce, where the Arno is remembered
Santa Croce was the district hit hardest by the flood of 4 November 1966. If you live on the ground floor or have a cellar near the river, tell us how it is: cardboard and wooden furniture want a dry place, and our warehouse is one.
When a palazzo in the center has no free corner left
Renting out an apartment to tourists
Between one guest and the next the apartment has to look empty: free wardrobes, a bookcase without books, no owner's suitcases on the bed. Your things stay with us, and the booking calendar no longer has to work around a trunk.
Studying humanities or architecture and living in the Oltrarno
The faculties are in the center, and your lease ends when the landlord decides, not the academic year. Books, drawing board and bike wait with us until the next room.
Renovating a listed building
In a historic palazzo the work starts when the heritage authority replies, and the furniture can't wait in the living room. We take it away before the site opens and bring it back once the builders have taken down the last scaffolding.
