The answers you need
Do you collect if there is no elevator?
Yes. In the quote you put your floor and whether there is an elevator, and the effort of the stairs is in the price you see before confirming. If you have very large pieces, give the width of the door.
Can you take the things from the cellar too?
Yes, put it in the notes with the way to get there: stairs, corridor, who has the key. If the cellar is shared, let the neighbors know we will be by for a few hours.
Will you come for a single piece of furniture?
Yes, even one bulky item can be booked. The fee follows the square meters, and the smallest size is meant for people with little to keep.
Do you also cover Scandicci, right next door?
Yes: Scandicci is another town, with its own page. The price list doesn't change from one town to the next; the pickup does, because it's priced on the address.
More questions
Who has the key to the cellar or the garage?
Whoever holds it has to be there at the pickup: you or someone you delegated. Without the key we can't load what is behind the locked door, and the pickup moves.

Blocks, cellars and via Pisana: how we collect in Isolotto
Isolotto and Legnaia, stair by stair
Isolotto was built in the 1950s as a public-housing district, with blocks of three or four floors that often never saw an elevator. Today people who live here have a long history at home and few rooms: grown-up children who left full bedrooms, a cellar the size of a wardrobe, a balcony doing duty as a storage closet. From Legnaia to Soffiano the problem is the same, and we solve it by carrying things down the stairs.
Which neighborhoods and postal codes do we cover?
Neighborhoods: Isolotto, Legnaia, Soffiano, Monticelli, Ponte a Greve, Torregalli. Postal codes: your street's postal code: the quote works it out from your address.
Low blocks, steep stairs
Three or four floors, narrow stairs, often no elevator: that is the shape of many Isolotto homes. A mattress and a two-door wardrobe meet the bend of the flight, and don't always win. Give us your floor and the width of your door.
Small cellars, at the end of the courtyard
In these blocks the cellar is a room of a few square meters, in the basement or in a separate building in the courtyard. If what you want moved is in there, tell us how to get to it and how wide the passage is.
Parking: a different story at every hour
In the evening the streets around Isolotto fill with cars, and the loading spot in front of the door shrinks to double parking. A time slot when the street is empty is better: pick the one you know.
Via Pisana and the side streets of Legnaia
Via Pisana is wide, but with parked cars and traffic. The side streets leading to the blocks are tighter, and the vehicle stops where there's room. Point out the right house number.
When Isolotto needs one more room and there isn't one
Living in your parents' home
The children's room has become a study, but the things from back then are still there: toys, books, a bunk bed. They stay with us, and come out when there are grandchildren or a new house.
Moving in with a relative
An older resident leaves an apartment in Isolotto to be with their children, and the home has to be emptied without hurry. The good furniture stays indoors while the family decides, without renting two homes.
Downsizing
From a three-room apartment to a one-bedroom, the round kitchen table of twenty years ago won't fit. Table and chairs wait with us, and come back if the new home changes again.
