The answers you need
Is pickup from Brescia worth it, with ninety kilometers in between?
It depends how much you bring and for how long. The monthly rate doesn't change from city to city; the pickup is a trip, and from Brescia it is among the longest in our area. A house to clear or several months of storage absorb it well; for two boxes kept for a month the numbers may not work. Before you book, the online quote puts pickup and rate in front of you.
Brescia has several postal codes: which one do I enter?
The one for your street, between 25121 and 25136. The generic 25100 is no longer valid. 25121 is the center, where the town hall stands in piazza della Loggia; for other districts the quote reads street and number and finds the right code itself.
I live in the limited traffic zone: can you still collect?
Yes. In the old town a temporary permit is needed to enter and, if the van takes up the street, a public land occupation that the city wants requested ten days ahead. Pick your date with that margin and give us the exact address in the notes.
Do you also come out to the province, the lake or Franciacorta?
Yes, we cover the entire province of Brescia, and go on toward Bergamo and Cremona. The rate stays the same; the quote estimates the pickup from the address. If you change city and go further, we ship you the things we keep, on a quote.

Traffic zones, courtyards and the 1000 Miglia: how we reach Brescia
Brescia, ninety kilometers from Milan
From Milan to Brescia is about ninety kilometers, among the longest trips we make. We say it up front because it is the item that changes the bill: the monthly rate is the same as in central Milan, the pickup isn't. Inside the city the issue is almost always the old town: the limited traffic zone around piazza della Loggia, the narrow streets of the Carmine, the buildings whose front door opens onto a courtyard. Further out, from Mompiano to Sanpolino, it is blocks of apartments with garages and small houses with a full basement.

The old town wants ten days' notice
To stop a van in the limited traffic zone the municipality issues a temporary permit, and the public land occupation for a move must be requested online ten days ahead. If you live in the center, book with that margin and tell us in the notes.
In June, viale Venezia belongs to the 1000 Miglia
Start and finish are there, and for a few days the surrounding streets change their rules. Four hundred vintage cars parade by, and a van full of boxes is not the one the crowd came to see: that week, pick another date.
In the Carmine, you go in through the courtyard
In the older buildings the front door opens onto an inner courtyard: the van stops on the street and everything is carried from there.
Borgo Trento and Mompiano: two-story houses
The room to clear is upstairs and the staircase is inside. Put the floor in the notes: the estimate of time on the stairs is in the quote, before you pay.
