The answers you need
Novara is in Piedmont: do you really collect there?
Yes. Novara and its province are among the twelve provinces where we pick up and redeliver, together with Milan, Varese and Pavia. The rate is the same as Milan; what changes is the pickup, which the online quote works out from the address and date before you book.
What is Novara's postal code?
28100: it's the code written in the town hall's address. In the quote enter the whole address, and the village if you live outside the city: the journey is worked out from there.
Can I drop by the warehouse to pick something up?
No: with the doorstep service the warehouse can't be visited. It is an indoor, dry warehouse: access is controlled, and there are cameras and an alarm. If you need something, ask for a redelivery, even of just part of your things, 48 hours ahead.
Do you also reach Trecate or Arona?
Yes: Trecate and Galliate toward the Ticino, Borgomanero and Arona further north, on the lake. Across the river we cover Varese, Milan and the other provinces we serve; the links to nearby towns are at the bottom.

Novara, about fifty kilometers from Milan
Novara is in Piedmont, but for us it belongs to the same area as Milan: about fifty kilometers on the A4 with the Ticino in between, which the van crosses without needing a passport. The historic center sits inside the ring of the Baluardi, under the dome of San Gaudenzio, among courtyard palazzi and shopping streets. Beyond the boulevards come the neighborhoods of apartment blocks, Sant'Agabio, Sant'Andrea, Porta Mortara, and further out the villages among the rice fields, where many homes used to be farmhouses. The rate stays the Milan rate; the pickup depends on the journey and appears in the quote.

The center inside the Baluardi is a limited traffic zone
Gates and cameras close off the historic center, with time windows set aside for loading and unloading goods. If you live inside the ring, put it in the notes: the pickup slot is chosen with those windows in mind.
In the villages people live in farmhouses
It's common in Lumellogno, Olengo or Pernate: the courtyard is big enough to turn the van, it's the entrance the satnav can't find. Tell us in the notes which side to come in from.
There's an elevator, the wardrobe doesn't fit
In the apartment blocks outside the center there is usually an elevator, but a small one, and a three-door wardrobe comes down the stairs. Give your floor: flights carried by hand appear as an estimate in the quote.
