The answers you need
The postal code here: is it 20049 or 20090?
From May 2020 Settala has had its own postal code, 20049. Before that it shared 20090 with the south-east arc around Milan, and old paperwork still carries it. Our quote form accepts both: feed in the street and number and it tells you right away if we serve the address, when, and for how much.
No station in Settala—do I drive my things to Milan?
No. Melzo has the nearest station, and M3 at San Donato is the closest metro, but you don't need either. The van meets you at the address you write when you book. Our warehouse doors don't open to visitors: we handle the pickup and the redelivery.
Is the cost of pickup higher in Settala than in Milan city?
The monthly rate scales by size, not location—it's the same whether you're in the city or in Settala. The pickup depends on the trip, which the quote works out from address and date. You see the rate and the pickup together before you confirm.
Do you also work in Rodano, Melzo, Pantigliate, Liscate or Paullo?
Yes, in all five, for pickup and redelivery alike, and the same goes further out, toward Lodi or Crema. You're welcome to request redelivery somewhere else. Scroll down for links to other towns with their own pages.

Settala, in the middle of the Parco Agricolo Sud
Settala spreads across the fields of the Parco Agricolo Sud, sandwiched between Melzo and Paullo, the Paullese on the west and the Rivoltana to the east. No train and no metro: you leave the house and get in the car, and Milan sits a handful of kilometers away. The homes are old farmsteads that have been restored, detached houses with gardens and low apartment blocks, and the things that won't fit end up in the basement or the corner of the garage, until the car needs the garage back. There's no unit to rent in the villages: the van comes to your address, loads, and the furniture comes back when you ask.

Farmsteads and shared courtyards
At Caleppio, Premenugo and the scattered farms, you often enter via a shared yard with the gate facing the road and garages behind: in the booking notes, say which side to come in from.
Tight village lanes
Round the parish churches the lanes go narrow and single-file. The van stops at your number, where the lane allows.
Villas with a drive and garage
In the villa streets the van pulls in at the gate and we load from the driveway.
Upper floors, no elevator
Older blocks can lack an elevator entirely. Give your floor when you book: time on the stairs is charged on the actual time, with an estimate before you book.

A farmhouse after inheriting or renovating
Before building work, or after an inheritance in Caleppio or Premenugo, the rooms need clearing fast while the family decides what to keep. Furniture and boxes wait in our warehouse as long as needed.
A factory or depot that needs re-fitting
Desks, cabinets and archives go out to make room. A business pays the same price list per m²; a custom quote is only for large volumes.
