The answers you need
Is Segrate's postal code 20054 or 20090?
Since May 2020 Segrate has had its own postal code, 20054; before that it used 20090, shared with several towns around Milan, and many addresses still carry the old one. The quote accepts both and looks at the full address, street and number: enter it and you'll see date and price straight away.
Do you pick up inside Milano 2 and San Felice, where you can't drive to the door?
Yes. Mention the pedestrian entrance or the doorman's lodge in the notes of your quote request.
Segrate already has storage units to rent: what's the difference?
A unit in town is one you open yourself: you need a car for every drop-off and every collection, and you pay for the whole unit even if you fill half of it. With us there's no warehouse to visit: we pick up at your door and bring everything back to the address you choose when you ask. If you need to reach your things every week, a unit is the right call.
Do you only pick up in Segrate?
No: also in Pioltello, Cernusco sul Naviglio and, heading east, as far as Bergamo. The monthly rate depends on the size and is the same everywhere; the pickup depends on the trip, worked out from your address. The other municipalities in the province have their own page, linked below.

Service and local details

Milano 2, San Felice, Novegro: how we get there
Segrate, area by area
Segrate is made of pieces that look nothing like each other: Milano 2 with its pedestrian walkways and doormen's lodges, San Felice with big apartments and small cellars, Redecesio and Rovagnasco with their courtyards, Novegro and Lavanderie among the warehouses. People come to study at the San Raffaele campus, and in San Felice some people have more furniture than cellar. What the pickup from your address costs is on screen in the quote before you confirm.
Which neighborhoods and postal codes do we cover?
Neighborhoods: Segrate town center, Milano 2, San Felice, Redecesio, Rovagnasco, Lavanderie, Novegro, Villaggio Ambrosiano, Milano Oltre. Postal codes: 20054.
In Milano 2 the van can't reach the front door
The estates were built with walkways kept away from the roads: fine for a stroll, awkward for carrying a wardrobe. We park as close as we can and do the last stretch on foot, past the doorman.
Redecesio and Rovagnasco: shared courtyard, small cellar
In the older low-rise houses the entrance often runs through a shared courtyard, and the cellar is small.
On via Cassanese even the parking lot needs a badge
Around the offices the spaces are reserved or behind a barrier. Tell us in the notes who lets us in.
Linate and the Tangenziale Est
Novegro, the Idroscalo and the ring-road intersections fill up at the same hours every day, so keep it in mind when you pick the time slot.
When Segrate runs out of room
The room in halls runs out before the exam session
It happens to San Raffaele students who change rooms mid-year: whatever doesn't fit in a suitcase waits with us until the new room is ready.
Renovating in San Felice
Big apartment, no cellar. The builders want the rooms empty, and the furniture comes back once the work is done.
Via Cassanese: the new office is smaller
The spare desks stay with us instead of in the corridor, until someone decides what to do with them.
