The answers you need
Do you really collect in all 133 towns of the province?
Yes: the list on this page is the same one the quote uses to accept an address. If your town is in the list, pickup is booked online just like in Milan, with dates available and the full price on screen before you pay.
My town doesn't have a page: is that a problem?
No. Pickup is booked the same way in every town on the list, with or without a page of its own.
How much more does pickup cost in the province compared to Milan?
More, the further the town is, because the pickup is a journey calculated on the address and the date. The monthly rate doesn't change from town to town. You see the rate and the pickup in the quote before you confirm.
Can you redeliver to a different town from where you picked up?
Yes: pickup in Sesto and redelivery in Segrate, in Milan itself, or even in Monza or Lodi. Redelivery is requested from your account or by writing to us, at least 48 hours ahead, and is priced like the pickup, on the address you choose. It can also be partial: the rest stays in storage.
More questions
Is the warehouse in my town?
No, and with the doorstep service it doesn't matter: you never go there. The warehouse has access control, CCTV and alarm, and is the same for all towns; the van covers the distance, you don't.

Hamlets and postal codes, town by town
The nine towns with a page of their own, with their main hamlets and postal code. 20090 is still shared by three towns in the south-west, and many addresses carry pre-2020 postal codes: in the quote, the address counts, not the postal code.
| Town | Hamlets and neighborhoods | Postal code |
|---|---|---|
| Segrate | Milano 2, San Felice, Redecesio, Novegro, Lavanderie | 20054 |
| Peschiera Borromeo | San Bovio, Mezzate, Bellaria, Linate, Zeloforomagno | 20068 |
| Sesto San Giovanni | Rondò, Marelli, Cascina Gatti, Parco Nord, Pelucca | 20099 |
| Corsico | Corsico center, Lavagna, Guido Rossa, Bettolino, Travaglia | 20094 |
| Buccinasco | Romano Banco, Gudo Gambaredo, Buccinasco Castello, Robarello | 20090 |

How storage works across the whole province
Self storage in the province of Milan: we come and pick up your things at home, and keep them in our warehouse, so you don't have to carry them anywhere. Pickup and redelivery cover all 133 towns of the province, postal codes 20001 to 20162. The monthly rate depends on the size, not the town; pickup is paid once, at the start, and the quote calculates it on your address before you decide. The redelivery is paid for when you book it.
Segrate
Milano 2, San Felice and the San Raffaele campus: residences full of students, big homes with small cellars, and Linate a step away. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Milano 2, San Felice, Redecesio, Novegro, Lavanderie. CAP 20054.
Peschiera Borromeo
Terraced houses with garages, the Idroscalo and the Paullese. There are self storage sites with units to rent in town: the page explains when a unit is the better choice and when doorstep pickup is. Hamlets and neighborhoods: San Bovio, Mezzate, Bellaria, Linate, Zeloforomagno. CAP 20068.
Sesto San Giovanni
Three M1 stops, Bicocca one block away and the building sites of the former Falck works: workers' housing with small elevators and student rooms that all empty together in June. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Rondò, Marelli, Cascina Gatti, Parco Nord, Pelucca. CAP 20099.
Corsico
Tall blocks along the Vigevanese and the Naviglio Grande, furniture stores a few steps away: new furniture that arrives before the old has left. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Corsico center, Lavagna, Guido Rossa, Bettolino, Travaglia. CAP 20094.
Buccinasco
Terraced houses, basements and garages that looked big: the south-west town where the home has space and it still isn't enough. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Romano Banco, Gudo Gambaredo, Buccinasco Castello, Robarello. CAP 20090.
Cesano Boscone
Attached to Milan, with the Bisceglie M1 terminus just across the boundary: small apartments for people who work in the city and pay rent here, with a cellar the size of a closet. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Cesano center, Tessera, Giardino, Fornace. CAP 20090.
Legnano
Alto Milanese, twenty-five kilometers from the center: courtyard houses, former factories, the Palio. The pickup from here costs more than in the city, because the trip is longer. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Legnarello, San Magno, Sant'Erasmo, Mazzafame, Oltrestazione. CAP 20025.
Melzo
Martesana, S5 and S6 station, commuters. We keep your furniture in the months between one lease and the next. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Melzo center, Colombina, Villaggio Parco, Corte. CAP 20066.
Settala
Three settlements surrounded by fields, no station and no storage unit in town: the van comes to your door. Hamlets and neighborhoods: Settala, Caleppio, Premenugo. CAP 20049.
Pricing, sizes and how storage works →Living in Milan itself? The five areas →
Pricing, storage units in town, coverage: the questions people outside Milan ask
Does the price change if I live outside Milan?
The monthly rate doesn't: it follows only the square meters you take up, identical in Legnano and in the Duomo. The pickup does, because Legnano is further away than Segrate: the quote calculates it from the address, date and how much there is to load, and shows you the figure before you confirm. For two boxes and one month from a distant town, it may not be worth it: the quote shows you.
Is a storage unit in town better, or doorstep storage?
It depends how often you need to get back to your things. A unit in town costs less if you open it every week and own a large car: you load it yourself, during its hours. Doorstep pickup wins when your things have to sit still for months and you don't feel like loading them twice, or when there's no unit in your town.
Will the quote recognize my town?
Yes: type in your address and it recognizes the town on its own, using the same table you're reading on this page. It works for shared postal codes too, like 20090, still used by Buccinasco, Cesano Boscone and other towns: the quote reads the town, not just the five digits. Beyond the province of Milan we also collect in the ones around it, from Novara to Brescia; to the rest of Italy and abroad, we ship furniture, bulky items and boxes on a quote, even without storage.
Every town in the province we reach
The same table that the quote uses to accept an address reads this list, so if your town is in this list, the van comes. These are the 132 outside the city; Milan has its own five areas.
